Not an honest dealership. They carefully choose their words so you don't understand what is missing from the deal. I asked for cost break down several times. They will type words with numbers but carefully leave out things and say things like, thats never included when every other dealership will explain to you. If you dont finance they cannot do tax, title, license. They give you a price for delivery, say hurry up and make a deposit, then when asked details about delivery, they say oh by the way, that cost is only one way You owe double. They pressure you into making a deposit. Their online price might look cheaper, but by the time you ask about everything, its the same price as everywhere else. Their trade values are 25-30% lower than anywhere else. If your on the fence to buy from here, I would go ANYWHERE else, its not a deal! read more

I would be careful about buying a used RV from RV Dynasty. I bought a used 5th wheel and they supposedly checked everything out and there were no issues. Here are the problems 1) Day one trying to use the RV at a camp ground and the batteries were hooked up properly. Had to make multiple trips to get the right cables 2) The heater crapped out on a cold Indiana snow storm. 3) when I got the trailer back home I had it in the shop to dewinterize and my guys said the converter was bad. So had to replace that. 4) when my RV Shop was caulking all the seams and de winterizing the trailer they found that around one of the air conditioners, the roof had dry rotted 5) when I hooked it up to plumbing, there was a leak and had to replace a PEX tube and the push to connect When I called the shop to discuss the problems, all they could say was just use your service contract I understand there is some risk buying a used RV however, this company said they thoroughly checked it out and there were no issues. I bought a new 2024 Winnebago Micro Minnie from RV Dynasty a year ago. I recently brought it back to the dealership for some work to be done before the manufacturer's warranty expired. Their warranty administrator, Kris Stoner, is courteous, efficient, and a good communicator. Kris made sure the things that needed to be fixed/replaced got done right and in a timely manner, which was important to me bec I had a scheduled camping trip and didn't want to drive 112 miles back to this dealership for unfinished warranty work. Mixed review. I ended up finding RV Dynasty online when a local dealer (Seattle area) would not negotiate the price on a Sabre 5th Wheel. I was a little apprehensive about buying from an out of state dealer, but the pricing was fantastic. It represented a 47% savings!! I decided to pick up the RV in Indiana and make a road trip out of it rather than having it shipped. While they were installing a new 5th wheel hitch in my truck we did the inspection/orientation and this was where they fell short. It was pretty clear that I knew more about the RV than the person doing the orientation, which was really disappointing. It took way longer than necessary too, mainly because they didn't know what they were doing and had to enlist other employees for assistance. To be fair, they did say their main person was out that week. I was also put off by the fact that at no point did the sales person, or sales manager even attempt to meet with me when I picked up the RV. Apparently, since I had paid in full there was no reason to meet, but it certainly did not make my transaction feel appreciated. Bottom line, it was worth the savings to purchase here but the communication once the sale was made, as well as during the orientation was lacking. Of course they give you optional "add-ons" such as slide out awnings, and RV essentials, but it is very poorly explained and when Dawn sent me the information originally, it wasn't even the right attachment so it made no sense. They could do much better by providing clarity, as well as making you feel appreciated once the deal is complete. read more

Ordered a 2025 Sanibel. Took 2 weeks longer to get than expected. Drove from Ohio to pick up and the complete design was different than what was being marketed. Received zero notification for these changes before driving 4 hrs to pick up. Didnt offer any kind of compensation for the changes. Drove 30 miles down the road and noticed we was loosing screws out of the finder wheels. Called to see what they would do and again. ZERO concern or help. TLDR: This dealership has false advertising on their website. Stay away unless you want problems. Their website says "No hidden fees! No prep/freight fees! No games!" I spoke with Grady, his manager, and the office manager who all refused to provide me with the legal code showing that they are required to collect certain information for me. They just kept repeating "we need to" "they won't let us title it without this" and the funniest one..."you can look up the laws in whatever state you are going to title it in" when I am asking for the law they are required to follow as a dealer. When I specified that I am looking for the law the dealer is required to follow, she directed me to the Indiana BMW where there were 115 results under the search I was told to use to find the law the dealership is required to follow. Some of those results include the regulations on moving to Indiana (which I am not doing) and when I pointed this out, she got upset and again told me to look up a different states law to find out what Indiana law says... When I said it sounds like they are playing a game by refusing to provide the law that requires them to collect the information and charge an extra couple thousand dollars on the purchase, they responded with "is there anything else I can help you with today?" This dealership IS trying to scam you. any honest dealership would be able to provide the law or at least not have a problem looking it up to make sure they are following the laws that they are required to follow. read more

RV Dynasty was the closest place to us and was the place recommended to us by the groundskeeper, but they were due to close in 20 minutes -- we were 30 minutes away. Not only did Richie have me send him a pic of the part we needed, he sent me the link to pay on-line, and then he put the part and receipt in their mailbox so we could pick it up that day. My boyfriend Mo Benabdallah and l were excited to purchase our first rv home together. We picked out a Forest River Timberwolf 2024 destination trailer. They told Mo ahead of time that the trailer would be shipped same day after our walk through appointment. This appointment took place on June 3rd at 3pm, but we did get there early around 1pm. They were nice enough to take us early since the rv was washed and ready to be seen. When we arrived, we were told that they didn't know when the rv would be picked up, but said that it would probably be delivered by the end of the week and that they would let us know the exact delivery date. This was a disappointment since we traveled from Ohio and had packed all of our belongings into an uhaul. We would have done things differently if we would have known that the rv wouldn't be traveling behind us like we were led to believe. On Thursday, June 6th l decided to call RV Dynasty to find out when it was going to be delivered to the rv resort in Florida (our new place of residence.) I was told by an employee named Josh that it would arrive on Saturday or Sunday. He called John, the delivery truck driver and was told it would be here maybe Sunday, but most likely Monday, June 10th (today). This was unfortunate news since Mo and l have been living in a hotel room since Wednesday, June 5th. When l expressed this to Josh, he said, "Well this is what happens with 3rd party delivery companies." He didn't seem to really care about our situation. How can RV Dynasty run a business like this? RV Dynasty has no issues communicating and being pushy to seal the deal of a sale, but once the payment was made, the communication just isn't there. We are the ones who have to reach out to them for status updates. If we would have known about the delays ahead of time, then we would have left Ohio later instead of leaving when we were told the rv would be traveling same day as our appointment. Today is Monday, June 10th. Since we heard nothing from RV Dynasty or John the transport driver, we decided to call John about an update. Mo spoke with John and was told that his fuel pump on his truck has been out since Sunday morning. It would have been nice to have been told this ahead of time since we have extended our stay at the hotel 3 times now, which is costing us money. Money that we didn't expect to spend since we were under the impression that the rv would be here around the same time we would arrive to the rv resort. John said that he hasn't picked up the rv yet! WHAT??? RV Dynasty and this 3rd party delivery company's communication is deplorable. So far we have spent over $262 in hotel fees and that number will go up since the RV hasn't even left the RV Dynasty parking lot! Unbelievable! We have no idea when the rv will arrive. What we do know is everyday that it is NOT here, is unaccounted for money that we have to spend in hotel fees and worry that we won't have a room. All of our boxes and belongings are jam packed into the hotel room. If Mo and l would have known that they would be so unorganized we would have taken our business else where. We will be living at this rv resort long term and will not be recommending RV Dynasty's rvs to any of the residents here nor to any of our friends. Update: We spoke with the general manager of RV Dynasty and owner of the delivery company on a three way call today. They have assigned us a new driver and offered to cover our hotel expenses. We drove over 2 hours to look at a Riverstone 42fskg 5th wheel camper and we were ready to buy, BUT, when we got there we asked about a golf cart for my wife, because she has a bad knee and was told that all 5 golf carts were broke down. After looking at the camper and really loving it, the sells lady had the unit brought up to the office area and plugged it in, we opened up the toy hauler door and took measurements to see if our golf cart would fit, after determining that it would not she magically had a golf cart brought up. It's funny how they didn't have any and once she seen that we were serious, she had a golf cart. After looking this unit over, the inside was fairly nice, had some scratches on the fireplace, the trim was crooked and did not line up,we then check the outside of the unit and it looks older than a 2024, there were rust around the valve stems, it just wasn't taken care of. We asked what was the best price that they would sell it for and this is a $112,000+ unit in late September, she told us to go ask the GM and he told us that they could only take off $1000.00, after we said no his reply was, ok and went back to working on his computer. I give zero stars for RV Dynasty, and caution people to check the yelp reviews prior to doing any business with them. I purchased a used 2019 Flagstaff and took it to RV Dynasty for an Annual/Pre-Trip inspection prior to taking it home. RV Dynasty completed the service (Pre-Trip inspection, roof service, sealing, etc.) and I took it home only to find roof sealing was incomplete and poorly done (significant number of large cracks everywhere), one battery was dead, and the other not even hooked up, along with a few other issues. I went back to discuss the issue with service writer and service tech showing them the photos of the work that was done. Both individuals agreed that it was not done correctly, and the service writer said he would speak with Eric, the service manager, about a partial refund for the work and get back with me. After a week I called back, and the service writer informed me that Eric was out of state at a conference and would be back the following Monday. After another week I called back and spoke with another service writer who said he would talk with Eric and get back with me that day, but never called back. I called a couple days later a spoke with the initial service writer who informed me had spoken with Eric who felt the work was appropriate and was not interested in doing anything to make it right. I informed him I would take my future business elsewhere and then he asked me what they could do to make it right, indicating they could give me credit towards future service. I told him they had already had the opportunity to make it right and chose not to, and then I asked him why anyone would come back for service after such a poor experience the first time? If I had taken the time to read the yelp reviews on RV Dynasty prior to taking my travel trailer there I would have known better. NOTE: There needs to be a ZERO STARS option on yelp! read more

I purchased my 2019 Winnebago from RV Dynasty in the fall of 2018. My experience with the sales staff was excellent. Part of my purchase was an extended 7 year extended warranty. However, since my purchase I have had multiple bad experiences with their service department. I will never allow them to winterize or de-winterize my RV. The spring of 2019 I took my RV in to have it de-winterized and serviced. After bringing it home, I open it up, and found the floor was soaked with water. I cleaned it up myself, and mentioned it to the service manager. I did not even get an apology. Later that year I had a 3 way valve go bad. As we entered the fall I began to notice the trim around the door to the bathroom was coming apart and delaminating. When I asked about having it repaired I was told it was probably damaged from the bad valve and the warranty wouldn't cover it. When I expressed my shock that I paid good money for an extended warranty, and it would cover the broken valve but not the damage caused by a broken valve, Eric just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he could do. I reminded the service manager of the water on my floor after de-winterizing and suggested that the damage could have been from that incident. The service manager, Eric, just laughed it off and said he highly doubted it. So I asked Eric to give me a quote to have it repaired. 3 months later I still did not have my quote. I inquired 2 more times for a quote and 3 years later still have no quote for the repair. In October of 2020 we had a large tree limb fall through the rear roof of the RV. Our Insurance company covered to have a new roof put on. In March of this year, 2023, while traveling to Florida for our families Spring break, we had a trucker pull along side and point back to the RV. The new rubber roof, only 2 years old, was coming off. We stopped at an RV dealer, and was told they were backed up several weeks and couldn't help us. After 2 more stops at RV dealers and hearing the same thing, and knowing that it was not safe to continue down the road at the risk of the rubber roof coming off and causing a serious accident, I pulled into a Lowes, and purchased the materials I needed to do a temporary repair myself that would get us home. On getting home, we pulled into RV Dynasty and spoke with Eric. Eric didn't seem to care and handed me off to someone else. That employee wrote down all the information and filled out a service request. I told him I would bring the RV back after we got home and unloaded it. Today I took my Winnebago to RV Dynasty and they acted like it was the first time they had heard about it. I met with Darrell, who had no paperwork that had been filled out earlier. As I walked him though and had a few other items I was wanting to have them take care of, he seemed like I was interrupting his day. He continued to ask me if I had an appointment, and seemed a little upset that I just "dropped" in. When I told him I expected them to fully cover the roof repairs, he said that it would be up to Eric. I said, it needed to be taken care of or I would not be happy. His response was, and I quote, "We get a lot of upset people and we're used to it. That doesn't bother us." Within the hour I got a phone call from Eric informing me that they would NOT cover the cost of repairs to the roof. I went back, picked up my RV and I will never allow RV Dynasty to touch my RV again! They have no understanding about customer service of repeat customers and do not seem to care about the business a satisfied customer can bring to their company just by word of mouth! I didn't want to give them any stars, but I can't post this without giving at least 1 star. read more

My wife and I purchased an Alpha Wolf from them. We love the camper. We'd love it more if the hot water heater worked. We were rushed through financing while they leveled the rv to the truck. I was hoping to be available when they did this. Fortunately my friend was with us to stick around and ask a ton of questions. But as I said, no hot water. I've made several calls to the dealership who seemed to have no idea how the water heater worked. Finally they suggested I call Forest River. Forest River said i had to get the dealership to issue paperwork for my warranty. So...called the dealership again and they said the warranty guy wasn't in yet but that he'd call me as soon as he got in. It's 4:30pm (they close at 5pm) and no one is answering the phone. We are full time in our RV and when we had some major repairs to be done, we called the manufacturer for recommended dealer/repair shops. One of the places recommended was RV Dynasty in Bunker Hill. They were able to get to us immediately, called us the very next day after drop-off with their concerns, got the repairs done quickly after we gave them the go-ahead, and the repair bill was about half of what we anticipated. Aaron, our service rep, kept us informed of every step and treated us like we were his only concern. We can't recommend RV Dynasty highly enough. What a great experience. read more

WARNING: Do not buy a RV with the BM Pro system in it. When it goes you can't operate AC, lights, slides, awnings, etc.. and it will go up! When you call BM Pro they point you to the dealer - this dealer promises a lot and delivers nothing. They said they would call - still no call to this day! I bought a Riverstone - all cable miss labeled, breakers miss labeled, BM Pro system not labeled, and tanks miss labeled - grey is not grey. They hire day works and they could care less about doing anything with quality. I was a week without AC in Palm Springs with 120+ degree temperatures. I called this dealer and was treated like a piece of crap. Once you buy they don't even know you anymore. They point to the them and then point to someone else. Lenin law coming. read more

I bought from RV dynasty because they had the best price online for my Wolf Pup 16BHS. I couldn't be happier with the unit so far. The price was settled before I drove 1000 miles from Florida . No surprises. I am not a newby to travel trailers . They gave me a starter kit ,new electric cord and full tank of propane. All good so far ...however I was disappointed that their techs did not know how to adjust the E2 hitch. I paid $100 to have that installed. I was told that it was okay if the trailer tilted up in the front. Wrong...I knew that but let it go. It wasn't a severe tilt and I needed to get on the road. Recently purchased a new travel trailer from them. My wife and I stopped by on a whim and found a unit we liked. We left and talked about it for a while and decided we wanted to buy it. We were able to do all the paperwork electronically and over the phone. There was a part that needed to be fixed that delayed our pickup date, but everyone was great to deal with during this process. Come pickup day, the walkthrough was great, signed the final paperwork, and they had us hooked up and ready to go in a little over an hour. If and when we are ready for another camper, we will definitely be back. I want to give a special shout out to our salesman Seth. After spending $48000 on a new camper, one would think you would be considered a customer worth calling back, apparently not at RV Dynasty. We purchased a camper in December, have made 6 phone calls. We were not given the right keys twice for our outside locks, we have a bad leak in the master suite and so far no call back on SIX calls. I have talked to 3 different people, i watold that Josh would call back as soon as he finishes with customers and still nothing. We are going camping this weekend and have resorted to changing all of our locks ourselves so that we have keys and climbing up on the camper to fix our own leak. Do not buy from this place, they only care about their customers before the sale. This is a brand new, never before used camper. Make the trip to the next dealership, we learned the hard way. Update- after posting this, less than and hour later, Josh at RV Dynasty called me and apologized for letting us down and asked to make it up as best he could. They took the RV in quickly and repaired all of our issues, including the big leak. They even offered to come to our house and pick up the camper, to ease our inconvenience. They repaired everything correctly, and applied a free coating of anti mold/mildew spray within our camper, for no cost. They did work hard to make things right, and we do appreciate their efforts! I am raising their rating, due to them apologizing for their error and making things right with us. read more

Employees very friendly and helpful until after the sale. We purchased a motor home and the e-coating on the exterior. Not cheap. Picked the motorhome up. The guy they sent to park it at our site was rude and couldn't get it parked. We got someone from the campground to park it. Took him less than five minutes. Once parked we noticed they couldn't possibly have done the e-coating. Called four times. Each time they said they had to contact service. And would get back to me. Nobody ever did. Finally they said they records showing someone did the coating. Unless they put it on over the dirt and sale stickers, they lied. read more

RV Dynasty is amazing!! We purchased a fifth wheel last May of 2019. Recently, our roof air conditioner stopped working. The Service Department was quick to respond. Let me start by saying I love my travel trailer. Unfortunately getting to that point was not easy. I saw the item online. I contacted RV Dynasty to see if they had it available with the lighter countertop. I was told they had. However, when I arrived I found out it was a year newer and, therefore, cost more! Of course I was not happy that I was not told this when I first contacted them. I also had them obtain the trailer hitch etc. I have had several people ask why I have such an expensive and large unit when only pulling a smaller trailer. I am assuming its because it cost more. I wasn't happy but decided to go ahead and purchase the travel trailer. The service department had not received the information from the sales department on the changes and upgrades that had been agreed upon. So now I had to wait yet again. The owner actually became involved and tried to improve the situation. There is a serious lack of communication within the company. There is no follow up regarding if you have any issues. I am now seriously contemplating upgrading to a larger unit. I will look elsewhere. read more

He asked us questions that helped us hone in on what we were really looking for. He never pushed us into any certain model. We left with a few options in mind. We continued to look around and I went to a local RV dealer who had the same trailers for sale as RV Dynasty to compare pricing. My local dealer bragged about their reputation with Winnebago sales, but couldn't come close to RV Dynasty's pricing. We called Jared and questioned him pretty hard about hidden costs and sales pitches that we may encounter if we bought the trailer from him. He was very upfront and we were thrilled that there would be no surprises! We are now owners of a brand new Winnebago and are super excited!!
