Disappointing Experience & Deceptive Practices. I purchased an RV from Zoomers RV of Indiana and had it shipped to California. As part of the purchase agreement, the dealership committed to completing an oil change, detailing the interior, and correcting rust on the side step before delivery. I confirmed with the salesperson on five separate occasions that these items had been taken care of, and was repeatedly assured they had been completed. However, upon delivery, I was extremely disappointed to find that none of the agreed-upon services had been done. The interior had not been cleaned, the oil had not been changed, and the rust issue was completely untouched. This experience was not only frustrating but felt deceptive and dishonest, especially given the repeated confirmations from their staff. I trusted this dealership to uphold their end of the agreement, and they failed to deliver on even the most basic promises. I strongly caution others to think twice before doing business with Zoomers RV. If you're purchasing remotely, be especially careful--what they promise over the phone or in writing may not match what you receive. read more

I traded a Winnebago travel trailer for a new Forest River with a floor plan that I loved. They were very fair on my trade in. There are two items I found out they don't do. I had emptied my trade in but did not clean it. It had been sitting for several months. Other dealers have told me not to clean as that is "their job". They also don't transfer the anti sway bars system. I had to hire someone. Unfortunately I didn't have an independent inspection like I knew you should. Several items were found that are serious. So I'll do another review on how they address these. I would definitely recommend them at this point. read more

Kristy's communication skills, knowledge and patience during this long distant transaction made this a very comforting experience. Follow ups and communication needs improvement. We bought our camper from Zoomers in 2021 always had top notch service from previous employees that are no longer employed there. Although the new employees are kind they never return calls to follow up as promised. We pick up our camper next week crossing fingers our slide issue has been fixed and the range of quotes are all over the place. Called the sales Dept. to see if they can help because service is not answering our calls or responding to emails as promised What a mess!!! We recently purchased a new Jayco Eagle travel trailer from Zoomers. Our first interaction alone should have been a red flag, but things happen and people are busy so we just chalked it up to that. We had already knew the one we wanted to purchase so all we needed to do was get the paperwork rolling. During the paper work, we also added on a combo washer an dryer unit and had noted that one of the windows didn't have the pull down string on it but that we did see it in there and would like it to be fixed before we pick it up. We were assured that it would be fixed and everything would be in tip top shape. My husband made a set appointment to pick it up the next week. Fast forward, my husband waited two hours for his "set" appointment... Again, we try to be understanding because things do happen so we could look past that. He picked it up and brought it home. I noticed right away that they did not fix the window string and instead, threw it away. Again, things happen.. The camper was generally really dirty but I planned on cleaning it anyway before we moved our stuff into it but they could have at least swept up what I'm assuming were wood shavings from drilling to install the washer and dryer. Again, things happen. Still wasn't going to say anything. One week later, we are in the camper full-time for my husband's job. We started noticing more things wrong. The window blinds between dinette and door are completely broken (and at night you can see directly in). I partly blamed myself for that because I should have checked everything but I didn't think I would have to check everything on a brand new camper. The walls of the shower are completely lifted. And we had FOUR leaks. The drain on the washer / dryer, the drain under the shower, a water leak on the line supplying the water heater and a leak on the water line to rinse the black tanK. Thankfully my husband is a pipe fitter / plumber so he was able to fix the first three but that's not the point. He shouldn't be having to fix anything on a new camper we have only been in for a week. My husband attempted to call Zoomers several times for the last week. Each time he was sent to this person and that person but never actually talked to anyone except the receptionist and accidentally put through to another customer?? He finally texted the associate that went through the purchasing with us, Matt, and told him he needed someone to call him back and the response he got was that his number would be passed along to customer service. He called for the final time yesterday and asked to speak to someone in management and was told no one was available and asked for a good number to call him back. Honestly, this has been so disappointing and frustrating. Again, we are very level headed people and understand that things happen and usually let a bad experience go but this is unacceptable. While we didn't buy the most expensive rig, 57k is a lot of money to spend on something that has problem after problem and we have Zoomers that won't even take a phone call. As I have said before, my husband travels for work and he works with other guys that also travel for work, we will never recommend Zoomers to anyone. I do not doubt they have been great to a lot of people, but they definitely let us slip through the cracks and don't seem to care. read more

WoW. I wasn't expecting this. I wasn't expecting to have an IMPECCABLE sales experience at an RV dealer.  We're in Houston, TX and planned on making a 17 hour drive to purchase our RV from Zoomers so I was very skeptical on how it would all pan out. Well, I'm happy to report that everything worked out GREAT thanks to the amazing staff at Zoomers. From the sales department, to the service department and even the parts department. Everyone we interacted with was TOP NOTCH.  Kristy is a saleswoman extraordinaire. She worked with us on all the details to make our RV purchase an easy one. It's tough dealing with a customer like me but Kristy took good care of me. She is on her A-Game at all times. The sales manager was great handling anything that Kristy escalated up the chain.  The Service Department handled everything wonderfully. Man, these guys were on it. I'm particular about what I want and the Service Department team handled all of my annoying requests excellently. Most importantly, they delivered on schedule with my drive from out of state.  Even the Parts Department was on their A-Game. I don't expect good service when I call any parts departments. Not here. They were nice, friendly, and got me taken care of quickly.  We would definitely not hesitate to make the trip to Zoomers from anywhere and when it's time to buy another RV, back to Zoomer's we'll go! We purchased a 2025 Jayco 5th Wheel in November 2024. Our sales experience was very good; however the service response has been extremely poor. I have attempted to contact the dealership numerous times with no timely response. Jayco promotes a strong warranty but with no response from service it is worthless. read more

I contracted to buy a 2025 Rockwood Signature 371RK in December with Kristy after putting down a $2,000 deposit. The unit was delayed for quite some time (no fault of the dealer) and eventually arrived at the dealer on March 26th, 2025. Unfortunately, I was laid off on March 27th and couldn't continue with the purchase as a result. While I knew my deposit was non-refundable, I was hoping they would refund it back knowing my circumstances. I let both Kristy (sales) and Tim (finance) know what happened and I asked if they would refund my deposit and they said they would get back to me after speaking with the owner. I never heard back from them. I also emailed Tim multiple times with no reply and left several voicemails with no reply. In hindsight, I should have listened to the negative reviews I saw before placing an order. It wasn't just that they wouldn't refund my deposit due to being laid off, and I get that they refused to do so due to it being non-refundable, but the total ghosting and not responding to me is not the kind of dealer you want to do business with. I strongly suggest you stay away from this dealer given my circumstances and what you will find on Youtube and other reviews here with Zoomers not responding when there are issues and not stepping up when needed to address concerns. read more

We purchased a brand new camper from Zoomers. Everyone was so nice and helpful the day of purchase. We had to wait for them to fix several small glitches for over 3 hours the day of pickup. There was a lighting issue that we thought was resolved. It wasn't so we took the camper back (a 2 1/2 hour drive one way) and they worked on it again for a half a day. After getting back home they still did not work. We asked for onsite repair as they had worked on them twice already. Mind you a brand new fifth wheel camper that has never been used. Crickets....they wanted to charge us a $75 service call plus mileage to come look at a camper with a bumper to bumper warranty. We felt valued until the sale closed. We contacted the service department and the sales man multiple times and have gotten no response. We gave up and hired our local electrician who fixed it in 30 minutes. read more

We drove from Pa to Indiana to pick up our toy hauler travel trailer and had to wait all day cause it was very dirty and so much wrong with it! we had to take it to a local rv dealer to fix stuff! very hard and frustrating that they don't call us back when we call them! not a happy camper with Zoomers and would never travel there again ! Best not to deal with them, go anywhere else for a better experience. Purchase of the RV was good. Got an OK deal with crappy financing in 2016. Have had very little issues with the RV until I found the tires were bald on one side after driving less than 1000 miles on the tires. No problem, just get the axles aligned (bent correctly). Took it in to get serviced by Zoomers, left my business card, phone number and list of issues to look at. That is where the fun begins. 1) They keep calling my ex-wife even though she is not on any of the service paperwork I left. Every call from Zoomers started with a call to my ex who has to call me back. Nice on so many levels, but that is another story. I tried to correct this but just gave up since they obviously are incompetent and can't get this first level of good customer service correct. 2) Told me there is no way to fix a solid axle on the RV and the frame of the trailer is bent by hitting a pothole. This was just plain wrong and further points to the incompetency of the service department. 3) Said they did a 10 point inspection and everything was good. Really? U inspected the RV after I got it home and I had a broken air conditioning unit cover. Makes me wonder if they even did the inspection. More on this later. 4) Said the inverter I was having issues with not charging the battery was not charging the battery because of a bad cell on the battery. Battery tested fine and was less than 5 months old. Again, did they even look at the RV or know what they are doing? 5) Said there was other issues that can't be fixed or would cost more to fix than the cheap trailer I bought was worth. Not very encouraging for a 4 year old trailer. Wonder what other cheap trailers Zoomers is selling to people. BTW it was a brand new $23,000 msrp trailer marked down to $17,000 if you need something to reference. I agree an entry level stick and tin RV, but not cheap So we get to the cherry on ice cream. After a week of having the trailer home and in storage, they call my ex-wife AGAIN and told her I have to call them back right away. They accidently got my RV and another identical RV mixed up and mine is not finished. Made it seem like I had the wrong RV. Oh really you are that incompetent? I think so. Glad I escaped this poor experience only costing me $300 and a day off work. So RUN, don't walk to anywhere else, except maybe camping world. Camping World is worse. read more

My negative experience happen after my purchase, accounting and finance took two months to pay me for over payment. That was one item, had to get the BBB involved to clear that up. Second item I received no paperwork for the state on titling. You might want to shop else where to avoid the stress. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! There is an issue with the new 2023 Jayco31HTMB. My wife and I had a horrible experience dealing with Christie (Sales) and Alex (sales manager)with Zoomers. They have a new 2023 JaycoHT31MB on their lot that we agreed to purchase. We put down $2000 deposit and had the paperwork ready to sign on November 2nd. We had to have a hitch installed $2400 and purchased insurance $639. Christie advised the day before that they located an issue with the slide and it would not be ready. That is all the information she had. We called and spoke with Alex, he advised that he was unaware of any issues and would have to call us back. On Monday the 4th Alex contacted us and confirmed it would be ready for pick up on the 9th at 2 o'clock. November 8th we received a confirmation text from Christie advising everything is repaired and we are scheduled to close. We arrived at 1:40. at 2:10 Christie advised they were running late and we were next in line. 2:20, again Christie advised our unit was ready but they are just running behind. Finally at 2:45 we got Alex involved. Again he acts like he has no idea of the situation. We follow him to the back where we see at least 2 techs working on the slides. We drove 3 hours 1 direction and the camper was never ready to sell. We were completely lied to by Christie and Alex. We are in the process of getting our deposit back, but still out a hitch, 6 hours drive time. Not to mention the aggravation of buying and canceling insurance, transferring of money, and being lied to about it being ready. I drove from STL to get a steal from them on a brand new Keystone Premier. Majority of their customers are traveling from all over the country. Zoomers will be changing the RV industry. I like to think of them the Amazon of RV's. When other dealers are trying to make a killer buck on each unit, Zoomers is just banging them out in volume making minimum to mediocre profit. I spoke with Alex (finance manager) who ultimately told me that the owner, Mike Weaver, agreed to work with me on repairs to the sub-floor. However, I need to go to a "reputable dealership" and receive a line item estimate. I took the camper to Camping World for an estimate to repair the floor and was given an estimate of over $20,000. I paid less than $20,000 for the camper! I finally received the service report from Benjamin (salesman). The report CLEARLY lists attempted repair of the camper floor with 3/4 osb and Rhino spray foam. Evidently, Benjamin was not supposed to send me the original service report. Chris was supposed to "create a Word document" listing the services performed on the camper as "Zoomers does not keep record of services" performed on vehicles (according to Chris). I emailed the estimate to Zoomers and then called SEVERAL times, emailed them SEVERAL times to follow up. I have not heard back from them. I now have an attorney in Colorado and Indiana. I would certainly avoid them if I had the opportunity to do it all over again. read more

Bought RV from Zoomers last summer. Promo video for my specific coach said it came with a solar charging system. Also negotiated for then to add 2 additional batteries. When coach was delivered it had neither. Pressed for a year to get them to deliver what they promised in writing. Filed complaint with BBB. Do not trust Zoomers. They are not truthful and will leave you hanging after the sale. read more

One of the worst purchasing experiences I have ever had, once I put down a deposit I didn't matter anymore . Call after call was not returned from the salesman Dan down through service dept. and management. They Sold me a $950 hitch and set it up wrong putting my safety in jeopardy, and didn't really seem to care. I thought we had come to an agreement on the situation but they still haven't come through after weeks and weeks with no returned calls. Even simple calls about the operation of the RV have never been returned. I'm just glad I didn't buy the overpriced warranty and have to deal with them in the future. read more

I live in South Florida and flew to Indiana to buy a Keystone Premier 30RIPR trailer from Zoomers and saved over $5000 from the best price I could negotiate with a major store in Florida. The unit arrived ON TIME as advertised and they were very professional throughout the process. The only error was that the prep tech forgot to replace the drain plugs and the unit threw out water EVERYWHERE the first time we took the trailer out to camp, until I figured out what they had done. It took a trip to the local Home Depot for drain plugs and some crawling under the trailer to fix the problem. Otherwise, they were perfect and I tip my hat to them. Worst buying experience I've ever had. Every word they promised turned into a lie. Where to start. We order a camper in October 2021 was promised it would be in in February 2022. Camper came in when we did our walk thru the person showing camper (Harry) turned the stove on left it on for hours and burned the kitchen up. Damaged the microwave, window, table top, backsplash etc. all had to be replaced. Took over 3 months, we missed over 1 1/2 of camping because it. When we showed back up to see if it was fixed they had told us everything was done only to find a hole in one of the panels. We said we would not purchase unless it was replaced. After much of back and forth I was promised that they would order the panel and have it shipped to me for repair so we wouldn't miss anymore of camping. I was also promised an incentive for my troubles. We signed took the camper. 2 weeks later we were having trouble with financing work. The financier had screwed all the paperwork up. We then had to contact a Laywer to get things fixed the way they were supposed to be. Next 2 weeks after camping in the camper We found air conditioner circuit board was fried and after a electrician came out he said it was tampered with to look ok and it was damaged from start. Week after that propane regulator quit working. We have had Camper 3 months over 15 things serviced and we are still waiting on parts. Now for the kicker the panel that was supposed to be order and sent to us was never ordered and the incentive was a lie. No one has returned messages and the sales lady will not take my calls. At this point we are contacting a Laywer and going after Zoomers rv. Everything they have said and done is a lie. Do not go thru them. read more

I bought a Winnebago Sightseer from this place December of 2015. From the start it had all kinds of issues! I am now trying to sell it and come to find out that the title has a "Brand S" on it which means -Vehicle title branding is the use of a permanent designation on a vehicle's title, registration or permit documents to indicate that a vehicle has been written off due to collision, fire or flood damage or has been sold for scrap. So basically they sold me a mess! Buyer beware if you buy something from them! Of course they did not let me know this so now that I am trying to sell it no one wants to buy it due to the above. Did my research on prices called and asked the price for the unit we wanted when we arrive we were told we must have been misinformed the one we wanted was 2 grand more. Had a great salesman but when it came down to making a deal the guy we had to deal with (not the salesman) was a complete jerk to us and shoved our written offer across his desk and told us to go somewhere else and buy a camper because that would be helping him out because we would be putting another dealer out of business. We bought our camper from Zoomers in 2018 and we were so excited to start camping. Our camper was delivered to us Father's Day weekend and set in place. There were some issues initially with the camper but our sales rep at Zoomers assured us that they were getting onsite service and would be able to send somebody out to fix the little things before our warranty was up. That was a big fat lie. We continued to have issues and called the manufacturer, Jayco, who was amazing to work with. They told us we could pick any outside service and they would handle billing on the back end, but nobody would work with us once they found out Zoomers was involved. We had our air conditioner fixed, they don't make sure your Freon is filled, and had to replace the thermostat ourselves because it stopped working and again, Zoomers was no help. Come the colder months of camping we decided to turn our heat on that night with our kids sleeping in the bunkhouse. We flipped it on to wait out the first time furnace smells, but then there was a gas smell and our alarms started going off in the camper. Upon inspection we realized they didn't tape the duct properly to the our furnace and all the gas and fumes were coming back into our camper instead of out. If I wouldn't have stayed in the camper for a bit longer I would have lost both my kids to carbon monoxide poisoning. That was a Zoomers issue. I called and left messages to have this rectified and to figure out what to do next. The whole camper was falling apart at this point. My husband and I called it a Friday night special because so many things were done wrong and zoomers caught none of it. Nobody would help us, new management was coming in and wondering why we were told so many lies. Zoomers eventually bought our camper back in full from us but only under the condition we purchase a new one from them. I tried trading it in at other places but I would have still owed money and that wasn't fair. So we bought our next one from them too so we could get out of the other death trap. The new one is lovely and we have had no issues ( knock on wood) but we went thru it with a fine-toothed comb and didn't take delivery until all the things were fixed. We realize Zoomers doesn't make the campers they are the distributor, this post is more about the way it was handled. Their reps hang up on you when you tell them they are wrong and you basically have to call and act like a psycho, which I did, to get anything out of them. It's not the way I like to do business but they left me no choice. If you are a first time camper know what to look for!!!!! I had an awesome experience! This began one night while scrolling the web and came upon the Zoomers website, the pricing was unbelievable! I spent a couple hours comparing pricing and no one came close to beating the prices at Zoomers. I filled out an online credit app, got a call from Ben the next morning and had a deal in place within a few more days! Due to weather issues and work schedule I couldn't get my camper picked up for 2 weeks, they were totally understanding and assured me everything was ready to go whenever I could make it up. After a 4.5 hr drive up today we arrived and our new camper was pulled in the building set up and ready for us as promised, no issues at all. The finance department got me all signed off in a matter of minutes with no extra costs and no sales gimmicks, just an honest, professional approach. The mechanic helped me install my hitch and sway control and we were ready to head home happy as can be! Truly was a great experience from start to finish, I recommend anyone who reads this to learn for yourselves what they are about and get a great deal in the process. We would NOT recommend Zoomers for anyone needing support after you make the investment and purchase the RV from Zoomers. We have needed warranty work done and they have NOT been able to do the work. They would not even schedule us. They continue to push us off for months. Our warranty is fast approaching the end. They recommend Edmondson's RV which is in Taylorsville,IN. Edmondsons have been very helpful. They told us that we would have to pay some for the warranty work, which Zoomers would NOT do because it basically would cost them some money, but they made plenty from us on the purchase of the RV. In October Zoomers told us they had way too much service work to get us in for several months. We are still trying to get repairs completed and it is very disappointing that they tell us to go elsewhere. We will be sure to go elsewhere for any other purchases. After you purchase from Zoomers they are done with you and have no intention to support you and your new purchase. I would avoid a purchase from Zoomers as anything you save you will spend later.
