Several others dealers refused to even look at the RV due to their work load being too high. Jeremiah took the time to look at it, analyze the issue and stated working on it immediately. Unfortunately, as some repairs go, things did not go well due to multiple issues. Something was seriously wrong with the fuel system wiring and even with replacement sensors, the issues persisted. At one point we were considering abandoning the vacation and returning home by car but Jeremiah persisted until he discovered a major electrical connection deep into the bowels of the RV had been shook loose due to harsh road conditions and gotten wet. At the end of the 2d day Jeremiah called to tell us he had located the final issue and we could pick it up and continue. The bill was more than fair, and we continued over an additional 7,000 miles without incident. Great work and great employees. Thank you Jeremiah!!!

Our approximate time of arrival was 12:30pm. At around 4pm I went into the office seeking an update and if they were able to get our coach looked at. Customer service totally is lacking. I was not given an answer or even an approximate time or something to let us know if we would be taken care of tomorrow morning. We are "camping" in a tight area and unable to move our slide rooms out even a little bit. We are staying in their parking lot with our generator running as it is very hot here and wild fire smoke is in the air. My husband suffers from COPD. I will update my review tomorrow if our situation improves.

Bakers, instead of just…read morechanging the regulator looked further for what caused the regulator failure and found that the propane tank had been overfilled, causing a flow of the "scent oil" to flow through the regulator, in effect destroying it. He removed the line, dumped the oil that had accumulated in a low spot, and changed the regulator. He was professional, went beyond what a tech would normally do and was reasonable with the price. I appreciated the personal, non institutional treatment, and will return.

On a recommendation from another RV repair person, we called Continental Repair and left a distressed message. Bob called us back within minutes and drove to our home to help us. He assessed what the issue was and from various parts he had, created an entirely new one to replace the faulty part the RV dealer used when they replaced the generator. His skills, professionalism, efficiency and kindness are commendable. He patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions to ensure I understood why the faulty part did not properly work and how the part he assembled would stop the fuel leak.Because he worked so quickly and competently, we were able to continue with our plan to get the van out for our first camping trip.
