The first impression upon entering the building was that it was a very nice set up. There were many very nice photographs on display everywhere. There were also old cameras on display which was a nice touch. It was a good first impression of the business. Approximately ten minutes went by when the photographer assigned to us, Paula sat at our table and we chatted for a few minutes about the photos to be taken and the area we currently reside in which was nice. We were taken to the rear of the large studio and Paula got to work. She is a GREAT photographer and an even nicer person. She was so friendly, funny and down to earth. Paula did her thing as far as taking many, many pics but was also open to our feedback on a few pics. We have yet to see the finished product or pricing so I cannot comment on those two items. Most recently, I had a mother's day shoot scheduled with Ani with my 2 under 2 children. The morning of the shoot was rough, children were extra cranky, I was running behind because my hair appointment was taking longer than anticipated, and was an overall chaotic day! On our way to the shoot, traffic was insane. Throughout our drive to the location, I kept updating her on our eta (which kept getting longer and longer)!
