On the 24th of July, within 48 hours, I called Ruth's to check on their delivery and arrival. The associate says it was delivered, however my friends have not been delivered the flowers. The arrangement was supposed to be delivered to the funeral home by 10:00am, at 3:00pm I was still waiting confirmation from the "delivery team" they were delivered. The arrangement that was delivered was horrible!! I got a bunch of fake carnations and fake roses, and 5 fresh carnations in the arrangement. Carnations weren't even suppose to be in the arrangement, smh! Seems they do what the want when it comes to making the arrangements. Reached out to the company with no success, they do not let you talk to the store or supervisor directly, everything is thru the call center. I've written numerous emails(more than 10) and phone calls (more than 20) to no avail! Horrible Horrible Business, I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with my card company to reverse the charges. This place should be shut down!!! I hope they go out of business! Visitation from 11:00 - 1:00 and funeral at 1:00 same day and then around noon received an email stating my order could not be filled due to lack of flowers for arrangement. I ordered a casket spray of roses, carnations and stargazer lillies from them to deliver to a Forest Park, Ga funeral home.. The spray I received was hideous! No stargazer lillies and just a horrible arrangement. It was delivered late and the funeral used one of theirs which was so much prettier than that terrible arrangement from Ruth's. In addition, my sister-in-law also ordered a standing spray of red roses, but the spray she got did not have any roses in it. How terrible that they would send flowers like this to a funeral! I wish I took the time to read the reviews on this company, but when someone has an unexpected accident and is hospitalized all you are concerned about is cheering them up. I ordered an arrangement that cost me $97 from this florist on Friday, November for same day delivery as soon as they opened. Around 3pm I get a text stating they do not have any live flowers the arrangement could not be delivered until Saturday. I called and spoke with Irene about compensation because I paid for same day delivery and they stated once the delivery is made I would be compensated. I called Saturday morning to confirm early delivery because the patient was being discharged. I called to discuss the compensation and was told by Gwen it had to be investigated and after back and forth, she advised she would compensate me $10 Keep the $10, you did not even have the integrity to refund my same day delivery cost. I mad an order for a same day deliver sympathy bouquet for my best friend who's father passed away. I placed the order in the morning and they emailed me saying they didn't have supplies to fulfill my request. I responded saying I really wanted my friend to receive any bouquet being that her father's funeral was the next day and I wanted her to feel loved. They simply told me no and never replied to any of my other emails. I feel that if a customer pays their money, they should be accommodated in the best way they possibly can. Danger! Stay away from this place. This was the worst florist experience of my life. Terrible customer service. We ordered $200 worth of flowers for a memorial service two days before the service. We requested that the flowers arrive before 10am or sooner to be on time for the service that started at 11am. We requested notification of delivery confirmation and a picture of the flowers. We are out of state. They said they could do everything we requested. As far as we know the flowers have never arrived. We requested proof and they said they will send this out right away. Well the service is over by 8 hours and no confirmation or proof that it was delivered. They are disorganized and lie. We spoke to a woman named Victoria whom we called after we received a confusing email from them at 12:15 saying that they will let us know when the flowers are delivered (this is 2 hours after they were supposed to be delivered). Victoria was rude and had no answers, she said her supervisor was in a meeting and could not be disturbed (they are florists) and then she hung up on me. This place should be banned. We still have no confirmation. We are trying to follow up with our loved ones to see if they can let us know if the got the flowers. Disgusting. It is embarrassing that we have to ask this. If these flowers were not delivered we will be disputing the credit card payment, reporting them to the BBB, and filing with the Attorney General's Office for fraud. My suggestion is stay away from them. I am so irritated. I will be submitting more reviews on other sites about this experience. read more
