They are not in an ordinary glass vase you get from a usual florist. They come in a beautiful vase and many of the flowers have not bloomed yet, so they last so very long. The delivery man " Daniel" is so very polite and kind. I told my husband to never order flowers again from anyone but Hosanna's. The bouquet is so very full with greenery and so very beautiful. My past flowers have lasted well into 2 weeks and I have never been so pleased with a florist like I am with this one. I love this florist and recommend to anyone who needs a bouquet or flowers. The florals did not match what I purchased, it even included a type of flower that wasn't in the requested arrangement whatsoever: lilies. Lilies are deadly to cats so it couldn't be brought into the house. Numerous of the flowers are dramatically wilting even after one day with fresh water. The quality simply just isn't up to par and the arrangement looks far too different than what I paid for. The handwritten note was insanely sloppy and off-center. Not to mention, the woman who dropped them off wasn't friendly despite the office being filled with friendly employees. Incredibly irritated that this service dropped the ball in every capacity. On top of every other failure, the business failed to respond to the email I sent them, DO NOT GO HERE. Awful all around.

Disclaimer: Nothing about my demeanor or attitude with the owner was pleasant…read more Let me begin...On Monday, Oct 21st I searched for a florist in Norcross, GA. As my friend is a fashion designer and was invited to participate in a fashion show there. Unfortunately I couldn't attend the event, so I decided to show my support by sending a bouquet of flowers for her and the models. I found Designs in Flowers online, the Google reviews were decent, so I place my order. My instructions for delivery were very detailed. As it was a surprise I couldn't tell my friend to keep an eye out for a delivery. So, I included in the instructions her name, the name of her company, her phone number & the delivery time. I received an e-mail confirmation stating my order was complete. And would be delivered promptly on Saturday afternoon to the venue given. Fast forward to Saturday...I am awaiting a phone call from my friend to say "Thank you for the flowers" But she never called, which isn't like her at all. However I figured she was busy attending to her models and creations, that she forgot to call me. But when I didn't hear anything from her on Sunday morning, I text her to ask if she received my surprise. She said "What surprise?" I told her I sent a bouquet of Congratulation flowers for her and the models to the venue. She made me aware she NEVER RECEIVED ANY FLOWERS. Designs in Flowers were closed on Sunday, so my annoyance had time to fester, before I called to find out what happened. The store opened at 8:00a.m., I was on the horn calling at 8:03a.m. An employee by the name of Leon answered the phone. I gave him my name and the name of my friend to whom the flowers were sent for. My connection was poor, so I had to repeat myself a few times which further annoyed me. I told him the order I placed never was delivered to my friend. He told me "Yes, the delivery was made. I personally delivered that order myself." I asked..."Were they delivered to the name on the instructions?" This slow m0+h3rf_ _ _ er said " I gave them to a lady setting up the chairs." I thought to myself...Self, why would a fashion designer be setting up chairs at a fashion show? I asked..."Did you ask her if she was the person to whom the delivery was for?" By now my voice & attitude is aggressively nasty towards him. As his incompetence ruined my surprise. My questions and tone must've irritated him because he cussed at me then stated he'd give me a refund. He had the audacity to be upset with me for being annoyed that he delivered the flowers to the incorrect person. All the while he had her phone number & name to verify who he gave the delivery to. But he didn't use either of them, so he must've thought I was trying to get over on him as he called my friend to see if she didn't receive the delivery. After she made him aware she didn't receive any flowers, he called me back to apologize for his lack of professionalism earlier during our conversation. And he would gladly refund the amount owed. If I could give this company a negative stars I would. It was the simple fact I included everything needed for this to be a smooth transaction. But he neglected to use common sense which ruined my surprise.

My friend loves flowers, and I wanted to surprise her with a unique, beautiful arrangement -- but I had to tell her about the mix-up, which ruined the surprise. While the staff was friendly during the ordering process, no one ever called to apologize or confirm the correction. I won't use this florist again. I value great customer service and attention to detail, and this experience was time-consuming and frustrating. Next time, I'll just pick up an arrangement myself and deliver it personally.
