This Tanger is located Route 30 (East or West) on Lincoln Highway. This Tanger Outlets in Lancaster, PA is not a huge outlet mall, as noted accurately by fellow Yelper Dave L. There are high-end stores as Brooks Brothers, Movado, Kate Spade, Ann Taylor. Tanger is equipped with parking, and restroom facilities. Facilities are relatively clean. The store directory is obscured but my party walked to circle the grounds. There is also a printed store directory for grabs. Again, upon exiting the car the air had a high functioning stench of horse manure to heaven! The noisome odor emanating from the nearby unseen horse stables made it difficult for my party to enjoy the shopping experience, amid the dangerous excessive heat wave of Independence Day 2026 holiday weekend. After browsing aisles and walking in circles for racks of clothing in women's sizes including…read morepetite section, I did get a hit. This time, at long last, I did not receive a red card. I ended my visit with purchasing one item - women's corduroy pants straight leg in magenta color for a steal at $15.00 which was originally $74.99 (80% markdown discount). Pennsylvania no sales tax on clothing also added to my intense joy for travel. At least I have corduroy pants ready, willing and able for the upcoming winter season which I achieved a goal. Upon entering my party were welcomingly greeted in Pennsylvanian hospitality and informed of any sales. I rate this Talbots three stars due to the lack of sizes available. I understand that this Talbots is an outlet center which prices are greatly reduced since it is one or two seasons past, but I was very despondent with the lack of size options. My weight has swelled and my size has become a plaguing problem. Some of the clothing also lacked style. My party did find one clothing item with the assistance of a sales associate "this is the very last one in this petite size." Talbots provides free brown paper bags and thankfully, does not practice the frivolous 2023 plastic bag ban passed by Lancaster County.

I feel the store is very crammed and sometimes hard to fit a cart through which is not convenient when you have children you can't just park the cart and walk down an aisle. The kitchen items and shoes is particularly rough which cart to aisle spacing. Most items I feel are priced reasonably other items I feel are marked up too much for condition. As for the consignment end of things I feel they really pick and choose who they want to consign items with which to me is not very fair I feel like every consigner should be treated the same. I'm giving five stars because overall it's a great store. I just feel like there's definitely some things they should improve on. Parking has definitely gotten better that used to be atrocious.
