This Tanger is located Route 30 (East or West) on Lincoln Highway. This Tanger Outlets in Lancaster, PA is not a huge outlet mall, as noted accurately by fellow Yelper Dave L. There are high-end stores as Brooks Brothers, Movado, Kate Spade, Ann Taylor. Tanger is equipped with parking, and restroom facilities. Facilities are relatively clean. The store directory is obscured but my party walked to circle the grounds. There is also a printed store directory for grabs. Again, upon exiting the car the air had a high functioning stench of horse manure to heaven! The noisome odor emanating from the nearby unseen horse stables made it difficult for my party to enjoy the shopping experience, amid the dangerous excessive heat wave of Independence Day 2026 holiday weekend. We were among the Amish in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

After browsing aisles and walking in circles for racks of clothing in women's sizes including…read morepetite section, I did get a hit. This time, at long last, I did not receive a red card. I ended my visit with purchasing one item - women's corduroy pants straight leg in magenta color for a steal at $15.00 which was originally $74.99 (80% markdown discount). Pennsylvania no sales tax on clothing also added to my intense joy for travel. At least I have corduroy pants ready, willing and able for the upcoming winter season which I achieved a goal. Upon entering my party were welcomingly greeted in Pennsylvanian hospitality and informed of any sales. I rate this Talbots three stars due to the lack of sizes available. I understand that this Talbots is an outlet center which prices are greatly reduced since it is one or two seasons past, but I was very despondent with the lack of size options. My weight has swelled and my size has become a plaguing problem. Some of the clothing also lacked style. My party did find one clothing item with the assistance of a sales associate "this is the very last one in this petite size." Talbots provides free brown paper bags and thankfully, does not practice the frivolous 2023 plastic bag ban passed by Lancaster County.

The store is well organized as they carry baby clothes, children's clothes, women's clothes, men's clothes, and toys. The prices on the tags start at once price and the longer the item is there the cheaper the item is and that is listed on the tag which is nice. All clothes are in amazing shape and I was told they are thoroughly looked through before being placed in the store. This store also takes used clothing and will sell it for you, they have a strict guideline that you must follow when bringing in clothes you would like to sell. Their rules are listed on their Facebook page but a few I remember are they will not take clothes that are in trash bags, they must be nicely folded and placed in boxes or bins, and if there are any outfits they must be folded and placed together. I did end up buying clothes for my 10 month old and a few toys which were in great shape and I got them for a steal! I did not get to thoroughly look through the store as I went on a Saturday and it was super crowded and it was hard to get through everyone to look through all the racks. I am planning on selling some of my sons baby clothes through this store so I will update my review after I have gone through the whole process of selling!

We spent at least an hour & at one point wondered if we accidently wandered in to a new store because everything looked brand new. Definitely found value & savings with our purchases. Parking is tight, but there is lots of it. Staff is nice & helpful. There are two floors with an elevator. Go without any idea of what you want & just wander!
