I see Dr. Loveland and he is absolutely top notch. He sits down with you and really listens (novel approach! I've had so many doctors who stand with their hand on the door knob as I'm trying to explain my ailment!). He's very knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain his plan for treatment and then, furthermore, asks what YOU think and whether you have any questions about the plan of action (again...so simple and yet so many doctors neglect to ever ask these things!). I take my children here as well and he is incredible with them (he's seen my youngest since birth). Also, I should mention, Dr. Loveland is certainly not the only top notch doctor they have on staff. In the nearly twelve years I've been going here, it has happened only twice that I, the hubby, or the children weren't able to see Dr. Loveland (due to needing to see someone right away and he wasn't available) and both times I have been happy with the replacement. The office staff is always friendly and efficient and there is never an exorbitant wait time. I simply cannot say enough about this place!

He's very knowledgeable, never acts like he's in a hurry, gives you 100% of his attention, and then talks to you directly about what he thinks is wrong, or what he wants to try and then he always makes sure you are good with the plan and next steps of care. I have never had a doctor care so much, and not to mention that his staff is also great which is important because they set the tone of the place. They have always been more than helpful, I would never see a different doctor if it wasn't for the fact that I moved out of state. Now that I have moved I have realized even more than ever how hard it is to come by a good caring doctor. You will not be disappointed with this family practice in general as all the doctors are great but I have always referred my family and friends to Dr. Loveland.

Most doctors either are too uptight to make you feel comfortable, or don't have sufficient knowledge or experience. She's empathetic and up front. The clinic covers almost everything and it is SO nice to have one place to go instead of having multiple providers. I love that they are supporters of the LGBTQ+ community and emphasize mental health. It's just an incredible place. I feel so fortunate that I have finally find a provider (and office) that aligns with what I need in a provider. Getting in as a new patient was relatively easy and quick as well, which is a huge bonus. I'm genuinely shocked that the reviews are so bad. Melisa is a great physician! My goodness she doesn't even want to give cough medicine with codeine in it as she believes you will become addicted to it. Her mannerisms, knowledge, patient care are all to be extremely lacking. I assumed that my insurance had covered it and assumed it was taken care of since I hadn't heard anything. Come to find out, my account was filled in as "self pay" even though I had insurance at the time. Fast forward to 10 days ago when I received my very first bill where they also informed me that they would be passing my bill onto collections if I didn't pay by the 15th of December. I called and talked to Mary in billing and she said she would email me paperwork to fix it so that I was able to make payments. I agreed after she was extremely defensive because I expressed my disappointment in being billed 3 years later and right before Christmas. I never ended up revieving any paperwork and checked my email everyday for the last week. She then emailed me yesterday, with the paperwork, and said that she would be sending me to collections because I didn't send in the paperwork. I have NEVER been sent to collections in my life! I pay my bills and have never been so disgusted with the way I've been treated for the last week and a half from a business. Please do you and your family a favor and run far away from this office!

After my son had to receive urgent treatment from the healthcare provider we switched to, we made the choice to try this urgent care service and were positively surprised with the new staff. They had strep tests on hand; something the other provider said they were out of until June. They quickly offered us professional care, ordered prescriptions and referrals while the other provider's urgent care took over an hour to be seen and after another 2 hours sent us home with our son crying & throwing up in pain and the prescription finally being sent to pharmacy the following day. In the end, if you are seeking urgent care, not emergency room care, the facility has the right to charge upfront to prevent collections in the future and worth the cost because they are the best urgent care my family & I have received in many years. By the way, they do send refunds.

Couldn't figure out the discount. Told me that they were "fried" and wanted to go home while they were figuring out what I owed. They charged me wrong and I got a bill for it. They didn't honor their mistake and I had to pay more. THEN, my husband went in for an ear infection. They did nothing special, he paid $200. Said they'd call him when the doctor put in the notes how much the visit would be. They never called. I called billing and they told me that the visit SHOULD be $144. That we'd get a refund of $56. I waited a month. I called in again and they told me the amount was actually $201 and that they were nice enough to shave off that dollar. For a 5 minute visit to prescribe antibiotics??? And the billing person had absolutely NO idea what was happening. Explained that there were no notes, but then told me that the amount was $201?? This whole place is a scam and is perfectly happy to steal your money.
