Bad customer service! I went to the ATM on a Saturday to withdraw money. The money did not give me…read moremy money but my account showed that it did. When I asked for assistance on the screen the operator told me I had to go in. The assistant manager told me that I needed to fill out a form to get my money back and if I needed money that I would need to make another withdraw. I was also told that basically it's a machine. There is very little human communication or service provided. When you call their number, you get the typical selection with no option to speak to a specific branch or to speak to a human. Some of the branches have no face to face with a teller. I could go on and on with my recent experience, but suffice to say, they have gotten way 'too big for their britches' and OBVIOUSLY do not listen to their membership or they wouldn't have such a low rating.
