I got a breakfast burrito and my husband got the breakfast sausage burrito. We have been wanting a good breakfast burrito for a while and this is it. The husband and wife combo running the food truck were amazing and the service was quick. The truck looked clean on the inside. My husband and I both agreed that the burrito had the perfect mix of egg, cheese, meat, and potatoes! It was delicious, if you like salsa - the salsa verde is amazing! Service was relatively quick for a 20+ person line with a 20-30 minute wait. The mac was great! The serving size of my burrito was Huge, and sooo filling. The beef was actually steak -- not ground beef :) And whatever that sauce was that they put on it brought it to a whole new level of flavor. An excellent burrito. The only thing I can really complain about is that one of the ingredients in there was slightly cold. Not sure which one it was, but I tend to like my food steaming hot so it's probably not an issue for most people. Yummy food. Great prices. Extremely fast service. The burgers are fairly thin, and I would think they need to be bigger to house a middle "stuffed" layer of bacon. Rather, I observed the bacon was sort of chopped up within the center of the patty itself. They're flavorful, no doubt, and the tots are great. But I think they're a bit too pricey since the burger is the size of a quarter pounder all in all.
