When I appeared in court, the judge would not proceed and directed me to the family law facilitator. During that review, multiple additional errors and omissions were identified, including an incorrect statement that there were no dependent children and issues involving required child support documentation. The facilitator advised that the paperwork required substantial revision before the case could move forward. As a result, I experienced significant delays, additional court appointments, and many hours correcting the documents myself. When I requested a refund, I was told the errors were not substantial and that the primary mistake was a typo. My refund request was denied. I was also told that moving was the reason for delays, which had previously been given as the reason for delays in preparing the documents. Not worth the money. Would not recommend.

I have not had one invoice from Margaret Fitzpatrick that states where my $10,000 went. When I asked for an invoice, she said that they always send them on the first of the month. Why couldn't she just send me an invoice at that time? Scary. I have been scammed. I received notice from my ex-husband's attorney that she is not representing me. I've tried to contact all of the telephone numbers that I have that came from Margaret or her paralegal. I have not received any response though she is my acting attorney for the next 13 days. I called their office and I was hung up on.. I placed a review not less than five minutes ago and it was taken off. I am definitely going to be seeking legal retribution and keep my review posted even if I have to continue to post it every two minutes.
