The male associate turned and began discussing phones with her. Then as I am standing there, he brushes by me saying 'excuse me sir' and then goes around the corner and proceeds to help this lady. At this point, I want to leave but decide to wait and see if the girl will finally approach me. She does not, she disappears into the back and begins doing stock. Stock around noon, during christmas, when malls begin to get busy. The place is getting busy and she comes back and now attends to another customer. I turn to the male associate at the desk and say, 'listen, i've been standing here for almost 40 minutes, and you both have completely ignored me. I just wanted to know how long it would take to activate a data stick.' the employee says 'I'm not sure maybe 20 or 40 minutes'. That's double the first time estimate. Ridiculous.

She guided me through every step of the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure the issue was fully resolved before ending the call. Her positive attitude, excellent knowledge, and outstanding customer service turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very pleasant one. This was consistently happening until I confronted them with multiple videos of evidence. It took a took a lot of back and forward before they decided to do anything, likely hoping I would just give up. The "fix" they provided me was temporary and I began having slow speeds randomly throughout the day instead. I reported this to them, but they had the audacity to tell me that me that getting a quarter of the speed I am paying for was "normal speeds". I then couldn't get any IP assigned to my modem/router at night and there is no customer service at this time to help me. This was second night in the row where I had no internet access and no one to provide any support. Normally when my internet would go out, I would swap around the MAC address and eventually it would work, but for some reason this company decided to block any MAC address changes resulting in having to wait 4 hours for their system to automatically lift this artificial restriction. This was 100% a limitation that they had put on their end, and they refused to lift it even though they were aware it made my situation worse. If you need anything reliable you will need to look elsewhere unfortunately. The fact that you can leave PAYING customers without internet and tell them they need to wait till the morning to get it resolved is beyond unacceptable and unprofessional. Ridiculous. I had posted this review multiple times on Google Maps but the company kept having it taken down. All my previous reviews on Maps are up just fine and I have never experienced this before. Clearly this ISP has some inside contact at Google to remove any critical reviews. These guys are scummy as dishonest. Surprisingly more than the big 3 ISPs. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS
