He went up on the roof, took pictures so we could see exactly what the problem was and gave us a quote. We had had water coming through the master bedroom ceiling and laundry mudroom area below. Rain was forecasted for the upcoming weekend and it was Thursday. They called later that day and said they'd be there 7:30 am- which they were. They rearranged their work schedule to do so. A crew of six worked non-stop to successfully complete the job in one day - everything was cleaned up afterwards. He then pulled up next to me to try to cut me off and almost ran me off the road. I should've called the police. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THIS IS HOW THEIR OWNER/EMPLOYEES drive their company trucks!!
