I'm a first time boat owner with a boatload of parts to replace! LOL…read moreI called around to different shops and was referred to Glendale Marine by another repair shop. I got Morgan on the phone and she sold me without trying to! She was patient, friendly, and very professional. She even followed up with me like many others said they'd do, but never did. Just yesterday I spoke with Kenny regarding a part and was told it was on back order indefinitely. Kenny helped me find it elsewhere. Most people/businesses wouldn't do that. I appreciate the genuineness that spews out of these two. That's why I drive from San Tan Village to Glendale. I trust this place. I have my first service appointment scheduled for October and feel confident they will give me a fair price and do quality work.

Now you're lucky if 2 of the many boat ramps are open the rest are out of water. I still enjoy going a couple days in the middle of the week. Stay at the cheap little Roosevelt resort. The bar and grill there I believe it's called the Boondocks has a hard time staying open. Revolving staff and owners. But when it is open it's nice to have right by your room, there is a dirty little pond that the rooms surround on one side. I've seen people catching bass there, but you can see the cards everywhere. Only about 20 rooms, 2 little apartment suites, and a small cabin if you take a small group with you. Overall, the fishing is decent usually, and I always enjoy filming the pair of Bald Eagles living on the north side of the lake. They always seem to point me to the fish. Brought it home with further inspection and realized he replaced the shift cable with a used one that was rusted and corroded. Also inspected bellows and found he used a Chinese knock off shift cable bellow that was cracked and filled my bilge full of water. Fast forward, I fixed those problems and used the boat for the rest of the season. New season coming up, took boat in to get serviced and inspection. They sent me pics of the drive shaft rusted, gimble bearing rusted, and now have to rebuilt the upper part of the outdrive for a total cost of $5,500!!! The mechanic said it was due to the bellows not being serviced properly. Do not recommend!! Total shade tree mechanic!!

You took advantage of me before the holidays and that's all I want people to know. I wasn't going to respond to your response on Yelp but the fact that it's now been over a month and you still refuse to send me a detailed invoice and the fact Nick decided to immediately text me after my initial review threatening legal action and bringing up my military service which is completely unrelated says all without me saying anything further. I gave your company over a month now to send me an invoice and I would have ignored Nicks unprofessional, unprovoked threats, and belittlement over my military service but I can't look past it any further. Here are screenshots of what he texted me immediately after my first review, something I believe everyone will want to see before doing business with your company. For everyone seeing this I spent many years in the Army and I'm a combat veteran so I'm not sure why Nick decided this was relevant to text me when all I was asking was for an invoice so I know why I was charged such an obscene amount. If the invoice looked correct I would have deleted my initial review and went my way but I know that wouldn't have happened which is exactly why he still refuses to send it, something I'm owed as a consumer. I will be disputing $350 of the $946.49 charged to me and will be contacting the BBB over the unprofessional texts that were very unnecessary and unprofessional. These screenshots say a lot about Nick and your company's character.
