She was such a joy: professional, very informative, and went the extra mile to get my previous coverage changed over. I truly felt like she was there for me during the transition. I am so glad I have the opportunity to work with Tina and the Oakley group.

When I first arrived inTucson from Northern New Mexico, I had no idea how to deal with my Medicare…read more Through an internet search I found Medicare Solutions (which was a different name at the time). They were a godsend. They researched my own situation (I have Parkinson's) then presented me with several insurance options. No pressure. They let me decide on my insurance provider. Since then every year they contact me to decide anew on the policy I have. They are and continue to be a great assistance to me and I thank them.

I would not trust this company; my belief is they are liars. My story is 100% accurate and you…read moredecide the "truth". I was referred to them a year ago or so and spoke with Debra's mother who uses to own/run the company. She said to call back in year when Medicare open enrollment was going on...so I did. I learned Debra took over company and Debra said I would be contacted by appointment person soon...which happened. When I was contacted, I informed appt. person I recently started going to special clinic and they do NOT take Medicare Advantage Plans. But I said I thought having the appt. should go-on b/c I wasn't committed to the clinic. We ALL agreed on date/time of appt. On the day of appt. NOTHING happened, no call no nothing, period...keep in mind I have an iPhone and I guarantee it shows missed or received calls....strike 1. So, I called them about an hour after the agreed appt. time and Amber (BTW is very rude) told me Debra had a previous appt. that ran over, and "they" called me to reschedule...lie #1. I NEVER saw any call or VM on phone and YES my phone number was verified. Moving forward a new date/time was agreed upon for phone call...and we VERIFIED at least 3x they would call me and my correct number. Again, at the agreed date/time no call or VM...strike 2. This time I call back next day and get Amber...again very rude....they said they called at the appt. date/time and no answer...lie #2. Amber in her rude tone said "why didn't you call us"...nice huh...strike 3 you're out. At that point I instructed them to shred my info and NEVER call me. In the end they are insurance broker slugs and if they "feel" they are not going to milk you for premiums you they write you off and then lie...my opinion of course....no way in heck in 2025 does someone say they called an iPhone and call didn't go through...I even called my cell provider and got records no call from them on both appt. dates...you make the call who is lying. Also, Amber should be reprimanded and be reminded about customer service.

Worst insurance experience ever. Extremely unprofessional. I got transferred to these people from…read moreanother State Farm agency that I loved who changed companies. Over the last six months time I have contacted Thadeaus Jones agency to add or change a policy they have either never called me back after the request, or when they did days later they put the wrong type of car on the policy even though the have the correct VIN (happened twice), don't call you back at all, give you attitude, and always address me by the wrong name. I am currently on day 6 after calling 3 different days, of waiting for them to call me back so I can add an insurance policy. I'm not sure if this is putting me or them at a liability risk but It seems they have better things to do then keep me insured, so I will be going to a different State Farm branch.

My sister who has worked for Statefarm for over 25 years recommended Bob Witt to me. To-date I couldn't be happier. I was covered by USAA for my Three cars and two motorcycles. After dealing with Bob on my home insurance I transferred all my vehicles over as well. I've since received a couple of calls from his office to ensure I was happy and my coverage was what I wanted and more importantly what I needed. During the last few monsoon storms I called the office with some questions. Never really dealing with home owners insurance very much and the lady there was very informative and helpful. I know for a fact I can contact my insurance agent when I need him and get results. That to me is peace of mind you just can't put a price on. Add that to great competitive pricing. And I'm one very satisfied customer.

I have unfortunately had 2 claims in the past year or so, one auto and one home and both were handled very quickly and personally looked over by his office. Having just moved to Arizona and facing the loss of our medical insurance in less than two months,…read moremy wife and I were in a panic. A quick online check revealed the fact that there were very few medical plans available to individuals, and those scant options were not thrilling. After one call to Christina at Berwick, we felt 1000% better. She clearly explained the insurance landscape in our new home, confirmed some thoughts and corrected others, and made us feel confident in the choice that we made. Beyond that, we talked two more times today because I made an error on the online application. Christina went out of her way to correct that and insure (!) that we were taken care of. We are so grateful to her and Berwick.
