I spoke with Roxanne over the phone and by the end of the day she had sent a letter by FAX to the mortgage company, informing them that there is now an active policy on the home. What else can I say - no attempt to up sell and they knew this was a short term policy. But they treated it as importantly as any other, which is customer service at its best.
