Justin, one of the two owners came over and seated us immediately. We were there for two hours, BUT, it was one of our more enjoyable lunches we have had in a long time. First off, the place is very modern and sleek. Bigger than we thought it would be from outside. Decorated nicely. We conversed off an on with Justin the whole time we were there. We ordered emapanada appetizers....which were very good. Then ordered the cheeseburgers and fries. YUM !!! Good size and great tasting. Fries were excellent. Got a canolli and the chocolate mouse cake for dessert. Justin added a scoop of vanilla ice cream to each order which was a nice surprise and tasted good. The food came out in a timely manner and we just relaxed and had a very pleasant meal and conversation the whole time. Highly recommend this place !!

I'd rather dine at any of the competitors on Main Street. My fiancée and I both ordered pasta dishes which were just fair. My chicken piccata was watery. The chicken had some flavor however the sauce didn't and neither did the noodles. So bland and the parsley all over the dish is not necessary. It provides nothing! The icing on the cake was the fee added to our check if we use our credit card?! No fee for a cash payment though SO TAKE CASH so you are not annoyed with how the owners think it's ok to add a fee for you to discover at the end of your dining experience! Restaurant looks clean and is nice on a positive note. We were very thankful our server was a delight as well. She was running the entire front of house, hosting, serving and running her own food. She had 4 tables on a Saturday night when we left. Only 1 table was in the place when we got there. With some needed adjustments it certainly could be a great place.

The Ruben egg rolls were huge and delicious. But we didn't stop there. We shared a burger and fries, I'd go back just for the fries, but I'd eat the burger too. I'm not a desert person, but the homemade Strawberry Sconecake filled with Bavarian cream was delicious! The staff was super friendly. They are making improvements to their outdoor patio, but it was a gorgeous day. The place is perfectly handicapped accessible. Thanks for a great afternoon out.

The price fixed meals were $45 each and included three courses. The Apps were small and not very good. I got a small amount of Calamari and the Pork Belly was thick and overcooked. For the entrees, I ordered the Chicken Roulade and my wife got the Herb Crusted Lamb Chops. The portions were quite small (only 2 pork chops) and not prepared well at all. Chicken was so dried out I couldn't eat it. Deserts were included; my cheese cake was dry and my wife's creme brûlée was under cooked and watery. It almost seemed like a way to make some bucks without delivering any quality food. The one redeeming thing was our waitress, Debbie, who was very nice.

We came here for a birthday dinner, and I honestly can't think of one good thing to say. The name alone is a red flag -- "Western + Italian"? Whoever thought that combo was a good idea is absolutely on drugs. Speaking of which, our waitress looked like she was tweaking. You could see it in her pupils for god's sake. There's zero professionalism here, which tells me management doesn't give a rat's ass. When I ordered a Caesar salad, she brought me a sad bowl of iceberg lettuce with Italian dressing and said, "The kitchen doesn't make Caesars, so they just gave you this instead." Girl, what?! I waited tables myself for years -- if something's unavailable, you come back and ask if the guest wants to change their order. You don't just throw together whatever crap you can find and call it a day. How pissed would you be if you ordered a burger but, all they gave you was a plate of asparagus?? You'd be pissed! Apps? Forgettable. Tasted like frozen meals with a $17 price tag. Someone at our table ordered a vodka and Coke, and the waitress brought a whiskey and Coke instead. When we pointed out the error, she then argued with us about it until she checked her notepad and realized we were right. And instead of apologizing, she literally said, "Wow, I did mess up. Ssshhhiiittt man..." Like... ma'am. You're at work. Not chopping it up with your pals outside. I ordered fried calamari because at that point I only trusted the kitchen to handle something dropped in oil. It was meh. Smallest portion I've ever seen for $23...... I've gotten better calamari and more of it from a random pizzeria for half the price. It's pathetic when I'm sitting there eating, daydreaming about food from Frank's Pizza. The live band looked like they wanted to slit their wrist's, the atmosphere was dead, and the parking lot was emptier than my will to live after that meal. The whole place feels like a front for money laundering. Because ain't no way this dump is surviving off that chewy prime rib they have the audacity to charge $40 for. And honestly -- with how the economy is right now, people are pickier than ever about where they spend their money. The average fast-food order costs about $15, so when you're paying $30-$40 for an entrée, you expect something that actually tastes good. This place isn't it. Save yourself the pain and just go down the road to Red Wolf Inn. You'll spend about the same and actually get a meal worth eating. Luigi's Rancho? I've had better-tasting food from Wawa. At least Wawa can actually make a Cesar salad unlike this joke of a restaurant.

This was always a spot I walked by but never stopped, but after moving here and giving it a shot, I wish I could go back in time. Whether you order a hot sandwich smothered in sauce or a classic cold sub, you're guaranteed a loaded, consistently well-made, delicious sandwich. The attached photos are from today's meal, which was very quick, looked amazing, and tasted even better. We had two of the munchies, the Spicy Garlic Pizza Bites and the Fried Ravioli. Both were tasty and affordable. For the sandwiches, today I got The Balboa (1/2) and my boyfriend got The Italiano (whole). The chicken in The Balboa were delicious, traditional Italian style breaded cutlets. Despite being covered in their sauce and cheese, both the roll and the breading on the cutlets remained perfectly crispy. The bread is always great, and today I opted for the garlic bread semolina which added a great flavor for this sandwich. I got two thumbs up from my boyfriend about The Italiano, I couldn't really get a word from him while he was eating because he was loving this sandwich so much. I asked him if it was "better than Wawa", and if looks could kill, I wouldn't be writing this right now. His face said, "you didn't even just ask me that". Besides our successful meal today, I also wanted to share an amazing service experience I had at Ciao last week. The shop was packed, and I ended up waiting around 20 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. I didn't think much of it to be honest...Given how busy they were, the employees were clearly focused, working very hard, and turning out one amazing looking sandwich after another. When my order was ready, the owner (or manager) handed me my bag, apologized for the wait, and insisted I take a free dessert from their fridge. I hadn't complained and honestly didn't mind waiting, but that gesture spoke volumes. Some might see waiting as an inconvenience worth some sort of refund/reward, but given all of the circumstances I noted earlier, I see that as a sign of a small business thriving. So, to me, this gesture showed me how much they truly value their customers and how committed they are to creating a positive experience worth returning to. The fact that they went above and beyond only confirmed why Ciao has quickly become one of my favorite local spots. And can't forget... the cheesecake was also great! So whether you're ordering eat in and sitting outside enjoying Downtown, doing take out for pick up, or ordering to-go from online, I highly recommend Ciao for a tasty sandwich, great side options, and wonderful service.
