Fantastic little hair studio; super friendly, fun and professional atmosphere. Service is amazing and prices are reasonable. Kim is just the sweetest hair stylist you'll ever meet. She is extremely talented and I see her for color/highlight and cuts. She will work with you especially if you come with ideas (I usually do) and make it look better than you expect. My hair is somehow surprisingly soft after getting it done and doesn't smell like horrific chemicals as she uses high quality products. I feel her prices are consistent with other salons and the quality of her services in my opinion are worth what you pay. I am consistently impressed with the flattering haircuts and styles she has given me. I would give 5+++ stars if it was an option and can only give the highest recommendation for her salon and her services.

Within days numerous Extensions were slipping out and others barely hanging on. I discovered that her training for certification consisted of watching a bunch of YouTube videos, no classroom training she didn't even take a formal class. I had to have a consult done at another salon to get this fixed after Caledonia hair company refused to fix them or to refund my money in full . The other salon said it's the biggest mess of hair extensions she's ever seen and the person who did them has no business offering this service and recommended I formally complain to Dreamcatchers. I attempted to resolve this issue with the owner of the company who abruptly hung up on me . This business has unknowledgeable, poorly trained staff and horrible customer service . Save your money and time and go elsewhere .

Honest To Goodness Tattoo and Piercing

After searching google and yelp reviews for shops that did ear piercings we settled on this shop…read moreand overall the experience was fantastic. We were able to get an appointment quickly with a piercer who has been in the business for 17 years, which is great to have someone with all that knowledge. It took about 20 minutes to get through the paperwork and have the earrings sanitized and when my daughter sat down she spent additional time walking her through all of the steps and expectations - we were never rushed and all questions were respectfully answered. When my daughter got nervous she stopped and calmly walked her through it and waited until she was fully ready again. The piercing sites were marked where my daughter was able to see before hand and adjust as desired, everything was cleaned and then after the piercing she applied a cold saline cloth which my daughter loved. It has been two weeks and so far the piercings haven't caused any pain - we followed the advice to not turn and clean with saline spray only as needed, which is the exact opposite advice I received decades ago and it has worked fantastically. Also, the earring she got had flat backs so they don't poke into her head, which has also provided better comfort then the shopping mall piercing I received as a child. Additionally, we go back after 8 weeks for them to update her earring size, which provides a smaller rod through her ear since the current earring is longer to account for swelling - this is a great option which I wasn't expecting, there is a lot of thought that goes through this entire process! I highly recommend this for a first piercing for your child. It is far more expensive than a mall piercing but such a better experience that it is definitely worth it!
