I scheduled an appointment for my daughter and specifically called the salon in advance to explain that she has very thick hair and would likely need additional appointment time. Despite that conversation, the appointment was not scheduled for enough time to complete the requested services. As a result, the stylist ran out of time, my daughter did not receive the haircut that was scheduled, and we left with highlights that were not completed to the standard we expected. What has been most frustrating has been the effort required to get the issue addressed. I contacted the salon hoping to simply have the services corrected. Instead, I spent several hours over multiple conversations trying to resolve the situation. While I understand the need to gather information, the process felt unnecessarily difficult and was met with repeated explanations rather than clear solutions. I never requested a refund--only an opportunity to have the haircut completed and the highlighting corrected. Unfortunately, after investing significant time trying to work through the issue, I still do not feel that a reasonable resolution has been reached. Based on my experience, Cha Cha's provides excellent service when everything goes as planned. However, if a problem does arise, my experience suggests that resolving it may be far more challenging than it should be. Update: To be clear, I was coordinating the conversation because McKenna was placed under my account by your staff. I was not refusing to let you speak with her. The current process of calling in, then waiting for texts or return calls later in the day, does not work well with her schedule and has made it very difficult to get this resolved in a straightforward way. Based on the photos, I am not sure what additional information is needed. The service was not completed as expected, and the highlights were not well done. Yes, McKenna would like the issue corrected. At this point, I would appreciate a direct call so we can discuss the next step and get this resolved.

I guess that's my fault, but I really feel like she should've explained that my hair wouldn't look like the photos I was showing her. My whole day off from work was spent there and for a little over $200, I didn't get what I wanted. I was so upset, I tried to like it, but I couldn't. The up side is they offered to fix it, complementary, which is nice of them to do.. However, I can just dye it back to my natural hair color myself at this point, let it grow and then cut out the color. I'm more upset that my time was wasted and I waited a whole week for this day. So I went there for a perm and was charged 80$ per hour. Yes that's right 80$ per hour…read more Additionally they took my card number when I booked the appointment. I completed an assessment and spent time with the stylist all while being charged... you guessed it 80$ per hour. I clearly said I wanted a loose body perm. Clearly told them I had had gastric surgery. The stylist told me she could do my hair. If she had decided she could not do my hair I would have been charged 80$ per hour for the two hour consult. Anyway, after I had the curlers in my hair AND the product the stylist decided to tell me at that point that she had not done a perm since school two years ago. She also told me that day was her last day because the salon was horrible to work for and recommended another salon for the future. Which I will never go to because she recommended it. So my hair... she ruined it. The perm looked like a poodle, she loaded it with some kind of product the greased it up badly. My hair was to my mid back and I had to cut it off up to my shoulders and it's still ruined today and still at my shoulders because I'm still cutting out the terrible attempt at a body wave perm. I called and told them what happened to my hair and for some reason they thought that I would trust them to come back after they assigned the stylist to do my hair with no experience and one foot out the door. I would not advise anyone to go to this salon. They charge out of their league, the front looks nice and when you go in the back there are all of these gross water marks on the ceiling and it's clearly not well kept.. I should have known but I had invested 160$ in a 2 hour consult. How I wish I would have ate that cost.
