She turned my hair yellow. She then tried to take me back brunette and my hair wouldn't even take it at all! Wouldn't change colors. I had bumps on my head from the burns of the bleach that was applied directly to my head. I was luckily able to get it fixed but had to go all the way home (4 hours away) and have it fixed. I'll never go to anyone again.
