Here's my experience: I came in on a Friday evening around…read more6:15. The restaurant was about 65% full, so it wasn't slammed. I was seated in plain sight....easily visible to all five of the young waitresses working that evening. Over the next several minutes, I watched them serve food, refill waters, and check in with other tables around me. Not once did any of them acknowledge me. No "someone will be right with you," no "we're a little behind," not even eye contact or a smile. Nothing. It was as if I was completely invisible. I gave them the benefit of the doubt...maybe they were overwhelmed or distracted. So I waited. But then, three of them gathered behind the bar to chat and regroup. They saw me sitting there and even asked each other out loud, "Has anyone helped that table?" They looked confused, shrugged it off, and went right back to their conversation. Still, no one came over. No one claimed responsibility. I didn't even get a glass of water. I sat there for nearly 10 minutes. Not a word. Not a glance. I finally got up and calmly walked out. Several nearby guests actually gave me sympathetic looks--they could see what was happening too. And here's the kicker: I had plenty of time to look through the menu, and honestly, the prices felt a bit high for what was being offered. Nothing jumped out or made me eager to order. Maybe that was because I was starting to feel dehydrated from the lack of water. For the record, I'm just an average guy, clean and respectful, fresh out of the shower with a spray of cologne. I wasn't rude, disruptive, or hard to miss. Bottom line: I felt completely dismissed and ignored. I won't be coming back. Best of luck to the team--I hope service improves for future guests

I've only been to this location twice, but it is a unique little oasis in Williston…read more Located within the Grand Williston Hotel, this bar/lounge offers a nice ambiance for grabbing a bite or a drink and unwinding When you walk through the hotel to get to the bar it really doesn't look like much from the outside, in fact, if I didn't know better I probably wouldn't enter the bar based on the outer appearance The space is intimately lit. The bar section is somewhat trendy, but with a green backlight that is more or less distracting and unnecessary.towards the entry there is gambling for some reason (slot machines and a table for what looks to be black Jack or poker). On the other side of the gas fireplace there is a dining room. I've never tried their food, but their cocktails are delightful. They offer a variety of classic and signature cocktails as well as beer and wine. You can see the bar is full stocked with all sorts of whiskeys and other spirits The service was mid. Our server was pleasant, but our drink order took at least 15-20min. I know some of these cocktails take a while as they are artisanal, but I watched her pour a beer for our table and set it to the side while she worked on cocktails for 10min letting the beer warm up. Also, the cocktail menu listed all the prices, and someone in our party ordered an older fashion for $10, and when the check came he was charged a double ($22). We reported the mistake and were told that the menu hasn't been updated with prices, which is completely ridiculous. If this were the case they should have told us when we ordered Some tips: This place is an ideal happy hour spot to unwind with friends of coworkers. It wouldn't be a terrible date night spot as well. The blueberry margarita is actually phenomenal. I with there was a little more alcohol to balance the sweet, but it's still tasty Cheers!!

Out-of-this-world good every bite feels like it was made with care and flavor in mind. From juicy burgers to perfectly cooked steaks and fresh apps, everything hits the spot. The drink menu is massive they've got a craft beer selection that could make a brewer jealous, plus cocktails that are dangerously smooth and totally worth the splurge. And the vibe? Unreal. The decor is freaking awesome a mix of rustic charm and modern flair that makes you want to hang out for hours. Whether you're grabbing dinner with friends, catching a game, or just soaking up the energy, this is the spot in town. Bottom line: Great food, killer drinks, and a vibe that can't be beat. Williston Brewing Company is the heart of Williston and once you go, you'll definitely be back!

This town is super friendly and this place is no exception. The service was spot on. The food was awesome. My wife was not very hungry so we spilt a French Dip with onion rings. We both got our own plate, read this tip on one of the other review. The onion rings were prefect just the way I like them, thin and crispy. The selection of craft beers is great. My wife and I had different types and both were great. If you ever find yourself in Sidney MT, you need to check this place out!!!

I want to rate these guys higher, I really do. I simply have to hold myself to my standards…read more We stayed next door & the guy at the desk suggested we try here. It was late (for dinner, around 915p) & we were all tired and hungry. The location and entrance are awkward. Still, we pressed on. The atmosphere is very bar typical. We snagged a table- maybe it was self-seat, maybe it wasn't, either way we did. There was 1 low table and my father has mobility issues, so we snagged it. They had started cleaning it and hadn't finished. I started cleaning it off, I didn't get very far before a very nice young lady took over. She gave us menus, took our drink order, then advised us the grill closed at 9pm, despite the check-in guy & menu at the hotel saying 10pm, only fried food available. I wanted a cobb salad, turns out those were available too. Portions were huge. I ate less than half. Fish and chips were rated as around 3 star by my husband. The salad was good: perfect avocado, crisp greens, big chunks of cheese, tho I could have skipped the chicken. The gal working was as nice as could be. Sje was tolerant, patient and understanding. She went out of her way to make sure that we were not only satisfied with the food, but comped for our expectations not being met. I NEVER ask for, or imply I deserve compensation. I just pay and write my review accordingly. I put the discount into the tip as this gal really did go out of her way. She was fantastic!
