We have been going to this flower shop since my Pop Pop died 8 years ago, and even more. They used…read moreto be so nice! Well not today. They treated my mom so badly my whole family is crying. First off when she went in the flowers weren't right, and that's all my grandfather asked for when he passed. They gave her attitude for asking for them to be fixed, then waited 30 minutes while people were walking in and out with no problems. They gave other people hooks for free when my mom had to pay $1 each and, this is where it really gets bad. The lady serving her started to raise her voice "saying my moms attitude can go elsewhere" when all she wanted was her flowers right. I know it's hard losing a loved one, but that is no excuse for the wrath my mom experienced on a day that is already hard for her. Take a leave for a little if youre gonna snap out on people. The mums weren't sprayed and the woman huffed and gave her problems for that, then gave her a hard time about a the bows we needed. We ended up spending about $150 when we usually definitely paid less, I know prices are going up but, I feel like this was out of spite. My mom is a nice lady and it's hard to make her upset. This shop used to have such a friendly environment and my whole family is crying now. I don't know what happened but this is not the place to go unless they correct this. The place was packed and this woman made my mom look like a monster while everyone was staring at her.

Most pertinent to this website are the following: * The breakfast on offer is absolutely fantastic. Everyone from my wedding who stayed on the property found it just as (and occasionally more) delicious as the decently expensive catering we had for my wedding day. Everything is fresh and there was so much variety. Even my friends with dietary restrictions (including but not limited to: gluten free, vegetarian, dairy sensitive ...) could all find something they could comfortably--and happily--eat! * The beds are comfortable and clean. The sheets are so soft and have a wonderful pattern. There was a great selection of pillows, all with different hardnesses, thicknesses, and etc. You're sure to find one you like. * I am endlessly happy with the coffee on offer in the rooms, and how nice the air conditioning is at cooling rooms with it quickly and quietly. * The property is so beautiful and so peaceful. If ever you need time away from the world, this is the perfect place to do it. * We loved the hike. As Utahns, we may have skewed opinions on what makes a difficult hike, but--in our opinion--this hike wasn't too difficult. It was so beautiful, and was covered enough in foliage to still be fun to walk, even in the rain. :) * If, for whatever reason, you find yourself able to do yoga with Adrienne on the property, do. It was so fantastic. Honestly my favorite place I've ever done yoga. * The yard games on offer are incredibly fun, even with a smaller group of people playing! If you are looking at practicality or cost? There are many other local, cheaper venues with superior parking and capacity. The Pump House, while not difficult to find, is in the middle of nowhere. The wedding reception I attended here was during the winter and had some unique challenges. The driveway needs attention and a few tons of stone, I would not want to drive on it after a rainstorm. Parking here if it has snowed can be challenging due to lack of space and ice, with the ice also a potential risk when walking to the buildings. Cellphone coverage with Verizon was spotty at best. The reception was split between the Studio Hall and Brick Barn. Studio Hall served as the cocktail and buffet space. During normal operations, this serves at the breakfast part of the B&B. Due to the pandemic, all food had to be served by the catering staff. The bride recommends working with vendors who are familiar with the uniqueness of the venue. The Brick Barn served as the main reception area. Setting up, it didn't look all that impressive, and it would have been nice to have one of the heaters on due to the cold. The owners were very helpful with setting up the tables and chairs, saving the wedding party significant time. Day of the wedding reception it looked very picturesque, the venues selling point. The sidewalks around the venue need improvement as they are not well defined and crumbling. It would also clarify the walking paths between the buildings in the winter. The number of bathrooms for the venue was surprisingly adequate. I visited The Manifold House when moving some boxes around, which serves as the honeymoon suite, and I would describe it's styling as "unique." The wedding reception had a limit of 75 people and that seemed to be the right number when not using the venues outdoor spaces. Overall, if you are looking for an artistic/visually impressive venue, The Pump House is for you. The bride got the exact reception she wanted, which made her happy, and that's what mattered.

I want to first make clear that my wife's wedding shower was held at this caterer's hall a few…read moremonths before the wedding and my sister (planned shower) had a great experience in working with them. We then used the Susq chef to cater our wedding and to make a long story short, their off site help left a lot to be desired. The bar tenders and some other staff were extremely unprofessional and while they did not ruin anything for our guests, it was disheartening to hear about their obnoxious behavior from guests after the wedding. From selling our alcohol to guests, to some of the waitstaff consuming alcohol while they were working, I could not recommend them as on off site caterer. There were many other instances that occurred over the course of the planning and the wedding day that were also disappointing, but all in all, I am sure there are plenty other off site caterers who would be better.
