So I get on the computer and start looking for a florist, someone who is 1.) open; 2.) will deliver; 3.) and can deliver on the weekend in Muncy Pa area. Needless to say, I could barely find anyone open on a Saturday around 1 pm ( guess the florist businesses are booming and can be shut down on a Saturday) Long story short, I get ahold of Susie with "The Blooming Rooster." I ask if she could deliver tomorrow on a Sunday - knowing it was a long shot, but she didn't and when she seen the delivery address was 28 minutes away from her SHE IMMEDIATELY tells me it's too far and out of her delivery area BUT AS A CUSTOMER ORIENTED BUSINESS OWNER.. she began to look through her contacts to find me someone she would trust that does deliver to the address that I needed the bouquet to go too. As she began to mutter () people in her contacts she was talking to herself and saying yes, oh yes, but oh crap she's not open today ... and I stopped her and just asked if I give you XXX amount of money can you deliver an arrangement of your choice and design ? And because she realized how important it was to me, she agreed and AND she even added some chocolate candy for my stepmom. Susie is the epitome of customer service !! I recommend using Susie and her business .. no need to go anywhere else .... Thanks again SUSIE you're awesome. !!!

We have been going to this flower shop since my Pop Pop died 8 years ago, and even more. They used…read moreto be so nice! Well not today. They treated my mom so badly my whole family is crying. First off when she went in the flowers weren't right, and that's all my grandfather asked for when he passed. They gave her attitude for asking for them to be fixed, then waited 30 minutes while people were walking in and out with no problems. They gave other people hooks for free when my mom had to pay $1 each and, this is where it really gets bad. The lady serving her started to raise her voice "saying my moms attitude can go elsewhere" when all she wanted was her flowers right. I know it's hard losing a loved one, but that is no excuse for the wrath my mom experienced on a day that is already hard for her. Take a leave for a little if youre gonna snap out on people. The mums weren't sprayed and the woman huffed and gave her problems for that, then gave her a hard time about a the bows we needed. We ended up spending about $150 when we usually definitely paid less, I know prices are going up but, I feel like this was out of spite. My mom is a nice lady and it's hard to make her upset. This shop used to have such a friendly environment and my whole family is crying now. I don't know what happened but this is not the place to go unless they correct this. The place was packed and this woman made my mom look like a monster while everyone was staring at her.

The arrangement was meant to be from her grandchildren so I wanted it to be really specially. I called Smilax to order the Sweet Solace arrangement on their website. Bart told me that if wanted the arrangement from them (as opposed to FTD), there would be a significant price increase from what the web site advertised (40-50% more). I was more worried about getting a pretty arrangement so I places the order over the phone. I asked if they could add a little blue (my MIL's favorite color), Bart said no problem. When I arrived at the church, I did not recognize any of the arrangements as the one I ordered. I figured out which one was mine based on the card and it looked nothing like what I anticipated. There was no blue. It was not the tailored arrangement pictured on the website. Plus there was a ton of filler in this arrangement. So I plan to call the shop on Monday but there's is no way they can make it ok. My mother in law is gone :(
