We have made several calls to them asking when it will be delivered first we were told the week after Labor Day. Now we are told maybe 2nd week in October. you need to plan on waiting a very very long time for your furniture and expect zero support or customer service from Sandpoint furniture. They made zero attempt to expedite it or find out why the delay. we had to keep calling them to get a status.

Would not recommend. They did not order the correct amount of carpet for the job. It was partially…read moreinstalled and then we had to wait for 2 weeks to get the remaining carpet. We were concerned about the dye lot matching since it was in our hallway and would be obvious if it didn't match. It matched ok color wise however, you can see the seam between the two pieces. There was also an obvious seam going into the bedroom which we asked to have re-done. After it was re-done it was better, but still very visible. We also paid extra to have them move furniture. They only sent 1 person to do all of the moving and installing which resulted in some damaged items.
