Our back deck had been a disaster since we moved into our house. It was a previous homeowner DIY…read moreproject that was used with incorrect materials, and because of this it was causing the deck to sag in multiple locations. It also did not have any steps for access to the backyard. We spent a year and a half contacting contractor after contractor, no one wanted to help us get our deck up to par. Not one person that came out to look at the deck would give us an estimate on what it would take to fix the deck. Some told us they would only give us pricing for a new deck, others just ghosted us all together. Enter Mark Skerlec. Mark listened to our needs and then gave us a variety of options that could rectify the issues with the deck. After making our final decisions Mark quickly scheduled a date to begin his work. He was clean, he was quick, and he did incredible work. Our deck no longer sags. It no longer bounces when you walk on it. I also finally have direct access to the backyard. The most amazing part is Mark was able to take the time to match up the parts he used with the current design of the deck. Looking at it you would never know that it was once a monstrous atrocity. It is one complete, beautiful unit. It looks great. And I couldn't be any happier. Next time I need work done, interior or exterior, there won't even be multiple calls.
