(UPDATED: They knew her for years and never told her she gets "Netflix on US." They have been shady…read moreto her and she didn't realize it.) RATING - 1 Star: This Branch, But TrASH! Possible Racial Discrimination...... It has taken quite a while for me to post this because so much has happened. On July 24, 2020 MY MOM REALLY NEEDED T-MOBILE. We came to this branch so my she can get upgrade her phone. She needed to because the day before her mother, my 103 year old grandmother died in The Philippines. She lived in Lebanon and Tmobie, the ONLY T-mobile in LEBANON knew both mom and her for a long time. before they transferred from the Lebanon Valley Mall to this new location. It is right now 2021 and it still hits hard for us. Anyway, my mother's phone was just being terrible out of all times needed. My mom couldn't visit The Philippines. Their Government closed their borders to U.S. Citizens, which means she couldn't be at the Funeral that happened a day before their lockdown. So my mom had to count on this store on Quentin Road, Lebanon, PA. She was being "helped / persuaded" by the manager (Female) to a Samsung A71 (5G). Mom was told they will call her and have the phone delivered at the store in 5 to 7 days. NOTHING! My mom was generous enough to give this unprofessional "manager" 2 weeks while she struggled with her current phone with having affecting her video chats to keep in touch with my grandmother's funeral situation. Since that store failed to call, we both returned and it still gets shady. Mom enters, signs the sheet to get her turn and SHE got ignored. That same manager was there, but she went by my mother who got her attention and ignored her. YOU IGNORED HER AFTER YOU KNEW HER MOTHER DIED? My mom was always kind to her and all her employees for a long time despite their negative energy, but mom has a very kind and genuine loving energy. And to add salt to the wound, another employee had some other people JIP my mother who has been just patiently waiting and noticing how wrong he was. Your company is going to give her this much hassle to get a phone she has already paid for so she can keep in better touch with her family? UNPROFESSIONAL and RACIST! How so, right? That first time we came, we were the only customers in that store. The last time we came, everyone was just WHITE. They treated my mom like a second class citizen by how they left her hang there, got her jipped so they can help their value customers that happen to be white. MY MOM WAS LOYAL TO YOU FOR OVER 20some YEARS while you were at that Kiosk with unwelcoming energy. So my mom did get her phone, by calling the T-Mobile Customer Service in her car, parked in the Handicapped Parking space in front of this hot mess that is suppose to be a professional T-mobile Store on Quentin Rd. and in the rain. HEAVY UGLY RAIN! My mom and I (With Sprint) need to go to upgrade our phones according to "Tmobile Tuesdays" and would need to travel further which is terrible cause this branch is right near us. Not cool! Discrimination is not tolerated.

I would give this place 0 stars if it were an option. Corey who is the "manager" created such a…read moreheadache for me. I went in to transfer my line to my boyfriend's AT&T account. He could not transfer my number, so he created a NEW account for my line without my permission to try again, but it still didn't work. I ended up having to get a new number on my boyfriend's account. Corey told me to wait a few days and then call and cancel my old plan and number. When I called AT&T 2 days later to cancel, they required my account PIN to access my account. I gave them the PIN I had set up, it was not working. When Corey created my new account he made a NEW PIN which was never provided to me. The representative at AT&T suggested I call the store to see if he remembered. When I asked Corey, he said "Ugh that's right, I didn't write it down and I don't remember it was a generic auto-generated PIN". He told me to come back into the store and anyone would be able to reset it. When I told him his store was an hour away from me he scoffed and told me there should be local AT&T stores by me, I can go in any one. The next day I tried calling to ask for his manager, he told me he is the manager. I asked for his boss's info, he told me he was unable to provide me with that since it's his personal line. He told me he would relay the message to have him call me, which seeing as how I never received a call, I'm assuming he did not. I was able to go into another AT&T store, they had to set up a SIM card for my old number so I could get texted a code to cancel my account. Now upon canceling my account, they are telling me I will get a bill for $50 for the service that was set up by Corey without my permission on a line and phone I was unable to use. UNACCEPTABLE. Go to ANY OTHER AT&T STORE!!

Everything people said on Google is accurate: avoid the Cumberland St. store and go here…read more My mom was freaking out because she couldn't turn her phone back on so she headed to Cumberland St. (neither of us were even aware until later that there was a second store in Lebanon). She became even more upset when she was told the "bad news" that her phone was dead and everything was lost. To show how little they cared, they didn't even try to sell her a new phone. They did however suggest "you can try Quentin Rd." Well, I don't want this to become a slam on Cumberland St. (that's my next review) but rather just wanted to emphasize that the woman in the store (I assume it was Ashley because I read the overwhelmingly positive feedback about her in Google reviews) told my mom the phone simply needed to be charged and treated her with respect. To reiterate, If you need an AT&T store in Lebanon, go here. Avoid Cumberland St. at all costs.
