As a big rig owner, it is very hard finding a reliable shop to work on your vehicle. Especially the Def system! Here at Rush, from the front desk to the shop, they were very awesome to work with. ( This is my new shop from on out ) When you come here ask for Mom, ( insider ) Michael or Small Fry who is my new best friend :-) Thank you to all that helped me get in and out in less then 5 hours! Our 2018 travel trailer had roof damage during a storm in June of 2018. MBC was great and quick…read moreabout repairing the damage and replacing the roof. They were friendly and very patient with us. I was worried because there were several punctures in the roof, but did not penetrate the inside. The only issue was that after we got the trailer back we did not use it until the following summer (2019). In 2021 we finally got our camping scheduled (post covid) and went out on a rainy weekend. My husband noticed a leak in the A/C unit and we thought it was condensation, until we were being dripped on consistently. He opened the cover and noticed the extra long screw were not tightened down. In fact, they were barely on the end of the screw. He tightened them and we contacted MBC. They denied fault and said it was not warrantied. We asked if they could repair the floor that had been damaged by the water at our cost, and they were too busy to schedule us anytime. I asked to be put on a list to repair and as of the end of 2022 have not received any contact. They said on their website that they guarantee their work for as long as you own the vehicle, but unless otherwise noted. Guess I now know the "otherwise noted" as incomplete work which causes damage to the vehicle. We have since patched the moldy flooring in the main living area, but have no idea how far under the kitchen this damage has extended in the past 2 years. In my opinion, this damage was a slow dripping leak that could not have been evident until we started noticing the soft floor. Still waiting . . . . I would definitely be very careful when using this company.

I have a friend that owns a Midas in Chicago so I trust the work and pricing. Was cautious about using a different shop but they did a good job. The estimate was higher than the final price due to what was described as a parts and labor pricing issue. (They should work on that). But the final price was fair for full pads and rotors on both axels. As I was leaving I met the mechanic that did the work. I can tell he has been turning a wrench for a long time. All the oil has drained out of my oil pan, so they messed up my oil change too. I can't imagine failing to rotate tires and messing up an oil change. The owner or management responded here, but why would I ever trust this company, the negligence is astonishing. I'm going to tell everyone I know about this. I'm baffled. It's the most basic work you can do on a car.
