(If you read other reviews, you'll learn that tardiness by 1 hr is the norm here.) - Kramer's "test" was 3 minutes long. Told the kid to touch her toes. Touched the kid's neck, told her to turn. That's it. By that test alone, she prescribed physical therapy. - No attempt to explain to us parents about possible explanations for our child's discomfort - Over 1 hr late and only talked to the patient for 7 minutes. Surgeries were performed in 2010 and 2011 and not only failed but the the pain in my hip for all these years is caused from this doctors actions. When you take bone from in my case the hip - the bone doesn't heal back the same. Plus it causes issues with the soft tissue (muscles, ligaments and all else around). I was never told this would be a cause for concern. PLUS in 2012 I had an extensive knee replacement.

While his visits are a lifesaver when I'm in pain, his focus is on pain and injury prevention, any many of the techniques and stretches he's taught me over time have helped me to treat myself at home between visits. His advice even extends to nutritional supplements and topical pain treatments. Many chiros will snap, crack, and pop you until you look like the textbook skeleton they have in mind, but Dr. Thill doesn't push, strain, or force my body past the place it can go. I appreciate this, especially as my experiences with the medical community have not always left me feeling listened to or cared for. I had been going to Parkway Chiropractic off and on for the past several years. Until the past…read moreyear or so there were two chiropractors but now there is only Dr. Peck. Dr. Jennifer Rudhman was just great and helped me a lot when she worked on me. Both doctors helped me with my low back pain considerably. Fast forward to this year. Back in March I felt that I needed some chiropractic care so I went back for treatment for a few months with Dr. Peck. On a few occasions I was pretty sore for a few days after treatment but the last time, on May 15th I was hurting pretty bad. After Dr. Peck treated me that day, I was in terrible pain that night and could barely walk by the next morning due to a sciatica flare-up that was made worse instead of better with the treatment. I had to go to an emergency care facility to see a doctor. I never went back to Parkway Chiropractic again and stopped in and paid up what I owed after the insurance was processed. This week I received an explanation of benefits from my insurance company for services rendered on June 26th of this year. I was not there on June 26th and the last time I was treated was May 15th. This is not the first time this has happened. It was either someone else's claim that was submitted to my insurance or a fraudulent claim. I notified Dr. Peck and so far have not heard anything back. I notified my insurance company that this was not my claim and I was never there on that date and asked them not to process any more claims for me from Dr. Peck. Beware of this place and their shoddy accounting and billing procedures.
