It is clear to me that this place delivers consistent and high quality care for its patients... as long as they fit a certain expectation. Unfortunately, my experience here is tainted by the way the front office staff treated my friend. I will let my friend speak for herself. Please read that attached review before finishing this review. When I asked the other front staff where my friend was, they tried to lie to me! Renee told me that she was not fired but instead that she chose to not work there. I am a white male so I am not surprised that my personal experience as a physical therapy patient was better than others' experiences here. Additionally, I believe that creating a hostile environment for a pregnant woman is directly contradictory to the role of physical therapists. I sincerely hope, for the health of future patients and workers, that this office addresses its deep rooted issues. The front staff at McDonald's Physical Therapy is discriminatory and dishonest. And they aren't even the people doing the real therapy work! How petty.

After the first visit, she set forth a plan to help relieve my pain. She took time to learn my body's strengths and weaknesses. She explained why I was feeling pain again so soon after surgery. She instructed me on how to do self care, and after a few visits I was back to feeling like myself. I now visit a few times a year, just to make sure I'm doing everything I can for my body.

I like to ask questions, especially since I'd never broken anything before. She loves to answer questions, competently and also in terms that you can understand. Every week I felt substantially stronger and more confident in my physical ability. At my last appointment with the Orthopedic doctor, he looked at my X-rays and said, "Wow! This healed up way better than I expected! You can't even see the break here!" Kelley goes above and beyond in her care.
