So disappointed after my calls with this office. A 'Tabitha' answered and just had a very strange, unprofessional phone demeanor. There was also a lot of background noise and I got confused about whether she was trying to talk with me. But, I guess it was just noisy there. After I asked some qualifying questions about the practice, I asked if they accepted my insurance, to which she replied 'no.' So, I said 'thank you anyway' and hung up with her. As this was my third attempt at contacting a potential new chiropractor, I decided to go visit my health insurance page to see who they had listed. This practice was on the list. So, I thought there may have been a mistake. I called back to the practice and Tabitha answered again. I shared with her (nicely!) what I'd found--that they were on the list on the insurance website--and she replied, "Yeah, for another week," with a strange attitude. She then followed up with a curt, "Do you want to pay cash?" Her attitude was just awful. I still wonder if she knew what she was talking about. But, honestly, if this person is the front-facing representative for the practice, seems like maybe I'm better off moving on to the next option. It's crazy to me that a business can operate this way and still end up with such a great rating. Very confusing. read more

They need to honor the appointments that are scheduled well in advance and not cancel the day of. Patients often get charged when it's a last minute cancellation on their part. read more

I saw Dr. Hofferth for the first time this week after a recommendation from a family member who's been seeing him for over 10 years. I couldn't be happier with the healing I received. The best chiropractors I've found in the Michiana area. They are very affordable, but are also willing to work with you. They have fit me in multiple times when I have thrown out my back and needed in right away. The doctors don't give you the same adjustment every time or force you to buy a "package deal" requiring you to come in every week. They provide an adjustment specific to you and your needs. I've been very pleased and impressed with their office and the kindness of the employees. I highly recommend them. read more

I LOVE this office. From my very first appointment I was so impressed with how welcoming everyone was. Dr Jerry and his staff truly go the extra mile. I've seen several of the massage therapists and though I have my favorite (Megan!), they are all very good.
