His communication is open and good at explaining in a way that's easy to understand, and I felt immediate pain relief walking out of the office on the first visit and have felt improvements every visit since with range of motion. He's also good at education on how to continue improvement at home and not just office adjustments. Definitely highly recommended! Office is very easy to find, wheelchair accessible and super nice. He came back 5 minutes later and went to another room to work on a patient. These sessions now take about 10 minutes each so if I stayed for my appointment which would then have begun at about 850 am it would have screwed up my entire day. I walked out and won't be returning. Doctors think they can get away with over booking and ignoring people whom also are very busy. Real doctors can get away with that because people go to them when they are ill and need help. Chiropractors don't have that luxury, if they can't stick to a schedule then maybe they shouldn't be in business.

This practice has spent considerable time and research to extract the maximum amount of…read moremoney/benefits possible from each individual's insurance plan. Whatever your insurance will pay for is what will be done to you. They run people through their system like a conveyor belt. Does your insurance cover massage therapy? How long is the minimum amount of minutes 15, 30? That's what they'll do. Does it cover physical therapy? Ok they'll have a minimally trained person (not a PT) stretch you. I have been to almost a dozen chiropractors and NEVER has one of them refused to adjust another area of my spine in the same visit! Their chiropractor adjusted my lumbar area and when I said my thoracic and cervical areas also needed attention, he refused and said "that's all we're doing today" so when I asked about how to have them addressed he said "make an appointment for later this week". That is a way for them to use up as many 'adjustments' as possible from your insurance as quickly as possible. Three 'adjustments' in one week, lower, middle and upper means three insurance payments! I only was covered for 12 per year from my insurance! Every other chiropractor I've been to in my 50 years has adjusted my entire spine and called it one 'adjustment' for insurance or self pay. WHAT A RACKET!

All treatments where rushed and I didn't feel they were thorough. No record keeping of anything, other than the date I came, was nonexistent. This was a huge problem with my insurance company who requested the treatment records. Stay away if you really need treatment and have to have records like notes and evaluation of symptoms /treatment /prognosis /future treatment. He has many people who love the practice... I'm just not a fan. I started going to Dr James Husband DC found him to be super thorough in adjustment.

Don't waste your time and money if you want immediate relief. Below is the events that I…read moreexperienced that support my first statement. I have never been more disappointed with a chiropractic office than I was with this one. I was hoping to get some relief on my first visit, only to be told that they would not do anything until they had the x-rays developed and we had a chance to go over a treatment plan. After I paid the copay for the visit, I scheduled an appointment for the next day. On the second day, I was put into an office where I got to watch a movie about their care plan. When the doctor came in, he looked at the x-rays, told me I had scoliosis (which has nothing to do with the pain) and went over a normal treatment plan. He told me that a person would come in and tell me about my treatment plan and left. About 10 minutes later, I was told that the person was having problems with her leg and that I should go to the front desk. When I got there, she showed me my "treatment plan," and asked me to sign it. I signed it and handed it back to her. At this point, she started to go over a payment plan with me and told me that I needed to make a choice about how I wanted to pay for several months of treatment. Then I really looked at "the plan." When I told her that the doctor did not go over it with me, she got rude and pretty much called me a liar. Finally she asked if I wanted to talk to the doctor again. Yes, I did. He walked into the room and I told that he did not go over the paper that she showed me, he got defensive and assured me that he did. Then I brought up specifics that we did not discuss. At this point he started to defend himself saying that he just missed "that line" and the other part was optional. He went on to say that he usually writes the treatment plans but the other doctor did this one. Apparently, this makes a difference, although I do not understand why unless he has poor eyesight. When I asked about paying by the visit, he pretty much showed me the door and told me that I would probably be happier at another office. I am usually pretty easy going, but this whole experience left me feeling like I was almost the victim of a scam artist. They did not give me a copy of the potential bill, but it was well over $700 with the optional items included. As I am writing this, I realize that I am writing it for both of us. I am writing for my closure and for you, so you can go to this office with open eyes. Good luck with your decision.
