I walked out into the hallway and made eye contact with the doctor standing in the hallway laughing and chatting about her weekend on the phone. When the doctor came in she said, "sorry, I had a meeting." First time I've ever seen a doctor take a phone call "meeting" about weekend plans while staring at a sick patient. Avoid this place.

Dr. Kramer and his Staff were polite, professional and helpful throughout the process. His bowel prep included over the counter products I bought at Walgreens and Gatorade making it a breeze. The procedure was a walk in the park. He removed two polops. After Dr. Kramer analyized these, he called me personally to let me know now I'm set for ther next 10 years. The pre op nurse I had was amazing. She made a comment before the procedure how relaxed I was. I told her, "I know I'm in good hands." I like joking with Dr Berger about the whole thing- he has a dry wit that adds a very cool dimension to an otherwise embarrassing procedure. Dr Berger is a very, very caring doctor and I'd recommend him highly.
