I recently had 60 trees removed from my property. The tree company will be another review but their inept employees destroyed several sections of my chain link fence. After several excuses from the tree company they contacted Seagull to come out and get an estimate for the fence they damaged. Within a day or so TJ ,their Sales/Estimator ,was on-site and figured out all the material it needed and the day they would return to make the fence as good as it was before the damage. Seagull kept in constant touch and gave me the exact time and day they would be returning. On the day they said they would be there 2 trucks pulled up and 3 techs went straight to work. Within a short time the fence was back to the way,in fact a little better than before it was damaged. TJ was there and explained to me what was done and no one left until I inspected it and was satisfied. TJ's estimate was the exact amount and not a penny more. Their techs were professional and respected my property ..They picked up all the bent and damaged material and no one would know anything ever happened. Delaware has a lot of bad contractors but my experience with Seagull was excellent. Keep up the good work.

I have paid him over 90% of the pool cost yet this pool is only 50% complete and he will not return to finish it OR give me my materials back. In fact, the last time TJ's employees (which are an awesome group of guys) came by my house they took all of the delivered pool equipment, paver materials and more. Not to mention that he completely destroyed my irrigation system! DO NOT give him the payments that he schedules into your contract because you WILL get the short end of the stick. My brother and I both had pools installed by him this year, so we've paid this man nearly $500,000 collectively. My brother's pool is having all kinds of issues and he's decided to con me out of nearly $100,000. This has wreaked havoc on me, my family and my health!
