We use this limousine service for my daughter's wedding. The limo drivers were very courteous and professional. The limos were clean and well cut. The price was very good and we could not have been more happy with our decision. Highly recommended. read more

Thank you Rupp Limousine for providing transportation on our wedding day. The service was very well organized and they allowed us to drop off our drinks and snacks the day before. It was a stress free day because of Rupp. Thank you! read more

My mother needed someone to pick her up from Erie airport. I reached out to a few limo companies in the Erie area that do airport pickups. Kim quickly responded and she was very prompt in answering all emails with all my questions. The driver - Pat - was waiting for my mother at the airport to take her home. Wonderful, professional driver. Will definitely use Rupp Limousine again. read more

Rupp Limousine - Girls night out! - Limos Near Me - Erie, Pennsylvania

My husband used this service for a bachelor party. They had a great time. Their original vehicle was down so they upgraded them for no additional charge. Booking was easy and their prices are affordable. Highly recommend! read more

Bad Driving we were not very happy with the driving ability of our professional driver this weekend. She was uneducated about the area and how to use GPS machine in her car and on her phone ( had to pull out my phone and tell her which way to go). Also made a lot of wrong turns as well (was making a left when GPS told her to make a right). We were hoping to get a driver who was just knew how to get us from point A to point B. Not good service. read more

Went above and beyond to make sure the prom 2022 was perfect! I personally can't say enough good things, Kim herself was the most amazing woman and helped plan my kids magical evening from the beginning before prom tickets were even available! Thank you Rupps but above all thank you KIM!! read more

Rupp Limousine - Prom 2022 making memories that will last forever!! - Limos Near Me - Erie, Pennsylvania

I needed to go to Jamestown, NY and the only way to get there was to fly into Erie, PA, which is an hour away. I contacted a few car service companies and hands down, from the first email, Kim at Rupp was the best. She got back to me immediately. She was very thorough and explained how they work. A few days prior to the trip, she contacted me with the driver and his phone number. I was in communication with Bill before we took off, had a plan where to meet and everything went perfectly. The car was new and clean. Bill was wonderful! We felt very safe and comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend them! read more

Rupp limousine started off great, they were kind on the phone, gave me a free half hour*, and in the end they informed me that they didn't charge a cleaning fee at the end as my wife and I and our bridal party headed in to our wedding. Which was really nice of them. So why would I give a 1/5 stars? Because as we were on weour honey moon, I notice a $129 charge. Which was strange due to fully paying my amount due prior to the wedding. But after emailing I found out that it was due to overtime costs. The contract stated a pick up at 11:30am and a drop off at 4:30pm. The driver stated that the drop off was at 5:10 but told me he would only put 30 minutes over time. But to make things worse the contract only states $60 per 30 minutes. So how does 40 minutes turn into $129???? And on top of that, my wife told me the driver picked the bridal party up at 11:40, I mean not a big deal only being 10 minutes late right? But if they turn 10 minutes into another $70 then why can't they honor the fact they were 10 minutes late starting the service and deduct that at the end? Instead they pull more money from me without notice or being able to break it down. The person who handled the entire transaction just said they have to round up or they would be giving free ride time away. But we the customers are suppose to give free money away? I would really look somewhere else for your next limo. It wasn't even that nice, our whole bridal group of 10 total barely fit. There is better out there, don't make the same mistake we made. Rupp are scam artists. * I didn't really get a free half hour. I paid for it and then some. read more

Awesome company! I spent a lot of time researching limo companies in Erie on Yelp & Facebook and am extremely glad I went with Rupp. I ultimately chose them based on their Facebook reviews & winning a bunch of local awards. I mean really, how else can you know for sure you're picking the right transportation company? Our driver, Tom, was on-time and a great guy. The limo was in great condition and the bar was packed with ice (as promised) along with clean glassware. I emailed our destinations beforehand and was very happy to find the info had been relayed to Tom. Rupp was extremely responsive answering all my questions during booking and then followed-up with me a few days before our reservation. Having emailed every limo company I could find in Erie to compare quotes, I can honestly say these guys have great pricing and hands down the best customer service. I will only use Rupp from now on! read more

Rupp has been absolutely fantastic as a vendor for my upcoming wedding. Due to COVID-19, we unfortunately had to move our wedding date to the following summer. We contacted Rupp to notify them of the date change, and as it turns out, our vehicle was already booked for that new date. Rupp immediately responded by upgrading our reservation to a larger vehicle -at no cost to us- so that we could still have transportation for our day. That was a surprising and extremely generous offer, showing how great this business is. Highly recommend! read more

We hired Rupp Limousine for our belated Mother's Day wine tour, we had to push it back due to Covid-19. Kim was extremely helpful and accommodating. She booked all of our wine tours for us and helped make changes throughout at the day, as was necessary with the timing at some of the wineries. She went above and beyond and we all had a great time. Thank you!! read more

If I could do 1000 stars I would! I had the amazing pleasure of working with Kim as our amazing driver for my wedding day. I was a COVID bride and she worked with me through my postponement, all the rule changes and all of my bridal anxieties! Kim would text me not to worry about anything and just knowing I had her on my team for my wedding made me feel so much better! She went above and beyond what she needed to do and I truly felt so happy when I finally met her for the first time as she brought the bus to pick us up to take me to get married! If I ever need a party bus in the future I refuse to get it from any other place than Rupp. As so many things were changing out of my control during my wedding process, Kim was a constant support and helped me feel like that day was going to be beautiful, and that's more than I ever thought I would get when first starting to look for a party bus! For brides it's so hard to let go and trust the people you hire, when most of the time you've never have had experience booking this type of thing before....but let me say again Kim had my trust the moment I first called her about booking the bus. I will forever be grateful to her and she helped make my wedding day seamless! read more

2nd Strike against Rupp Limo Customer Service. The service was acceptable. Owner calls the following day to complain we did not tip enough and wanted us to make up the difference. A tip (also called a gratuity) is a voluntary extra payment made to certain service sector workers in addition to the advertised price of the transaction. Such payments and their size are a matter of social custom. Why is a company providing the service demanding this voluntary extra payment? The first time using Rupp Limo service the gratuity was all ready set prior to the service and based on that service they would not have received anything if it wasn't all ready set and paid for. A message to the owner, Robert Hafenstiner Jr., take a customer service class. read more

I had a bad experience with Rupp. I was taking pictures on the altar after my wedding ceremony. The limo driver had the nerve to come up to me on the altar and interrupt to tell me he needed to be paid on the spot for an extra half an hour because I was running over on time. Are you kidding me! Can you say totally unprofessional?!?! Then, our driver drove erratically on the way to the reception hall. It was a sour note on a beautiful day. When the company was called the next day to complain, the person on the phone didn't apologize for anything. Why would he when they already had my money. They don't give a crap about customer satisfaction. One star is generous. I would give them 0 if I could! read more

Worst limo service in Erie. They did not abide by the contract, the limo never showed up and when I called the company told me that the limo was not coming and they would not give a refund. DO NOT select them as your limo service the company should be shut down. read more
