Simple, clean, and someone clearly paid attention to the little details. I weirdly loved the salt and pepper shakers. Service was fantastic . Our waitress knew her stuff, answered everything without hesitation, and actually checked in like she cared. She made sure all our needs were met which deserves credit. The chicken bites were solid, though I would've liked a few more veggies. The burgers? No notes. I went with the super hot and it actually brought heat, not just menu-heat. Our friendly server shared that a former owner started a fire in an attempt to collect on insurance but had a burger named for her instead. Thus the history behind the "Blazing Jane." During our late August visit families were catching up over a casual meal and a few others were having drinks and playing pool. Grazers appears to be a local gathering hub for locals but we were warmly greeted and quickly served. A beef parmigiana melt was a featured lunch special but I opted for the patty melt which came with one side. I selected the side salad and was given a plate for the well stocked salad bar. I also ordered a side of onion rings which were crisply fried with nice thick onions and a ranch based dipping sauce. I came home with half my sandwich wrapped up and a full stomach. If you are hungry and want to try local Nebraska beef, give Grazers a try.
