Food, service, atmosphere was below average. Good place to get some computer work done but not for long. Honestly, the name says it all.

UPDATE: READ BOTTOM OF REVIEW THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME FOR AN ORDER I NEVER RECIEVED. !!!!!!! check…read moregoogle reviews for the photo proof I have of this issue!! Would give zeros across the board, but I can't, put in an online order, went inside to get it, now inside and their whole POS system and computer shut down causing my order to be canceled when it just said confirmed. Now I have to wait up to 7 days for the only money I had in my account to be refunded, left without my order, and 40+ minutes wasted. Couldn't have given me two free footlongs in compensation? Multimillion dollar company btw. Fun fact subway gives their employees free meals every 8 hours shifts I know this because I worked there not long ago. Pretty sure you guys can compensate my wasted time and effort with my measly two sandwhich order hahahaha since each day you give food to employees. The old lady AND ONLY ONE working quite literally wouldn't tell me anything and repeatedly just told me to just wait 30 minutes until the manager came. Ignored me showing her my online receipts, the money taken out of my Chime bank account. I didnt even get a sorry for my time being wasted! And honestly I would not have wrote this review or been upset at all if I got my order and time wasn't wasted! This is 100% totally inconvenient and when money is taken and you have to wait days for a refund that's ridiculous. Best advice for the manager: maybe have two people always on shift, I worked at subway a while back and if your ONE employee working doesn't know how to restart and fix the damn POS machine, like they train us to do if it freezes and breaks down you have someone on shift who CAN fix it and prevent shit like this happening. Teach your employees all how to lol. Oh also!!! Lady in front of me walked in and was paying cash! She got her order free in exchange for giving her phone number. Which the employee admitted she might get in trouble for and didn't care. Anyway, y'all suck! I now have .30 cents left in my bank account, and listen I get it it's annoying to write a whole review over $16 but let's be real here im poor, decided to treat myself to a nice sandwich for ONCE with the small amount of money I had. It seems small to you but this really sucked for me. luckily in a couple days the money I spent will be refunded but I literally get not benefit from this. Only negatives. Makes sense since the old company owner of subway used to be a pedophile. And since when I quit working at my subway they don't give me my last check. Subway sucks and you can get better food literally anywhere else. Just go to the grocery store and for the same price as their $12 overpriced sandwhiches make a 10 times better one at home with extra ingredients to make more! But yeah! Y'all suck!!! The one time I decide to spent my money on something nice for myself after having so little and spending it o necessities sometimes not even having enough for that you guys f**k me over. Whole situation shows they don't care about the customers, making adjustments and overall just bad business practice of not enough care. Update: just got home decided to check my bank account + my subway app to see the information on the supposed refund I'd be getting for my order that apparently "never showed on their system" as you can see in one of the photos form earlier it said I had a canceled online order and would receive a refund in up to 7 days whatever Now it was the order was made and in my "recent orders" tab and that it was picked up??? Literally "pick up at 128 W State ST, Albion NE" it's a completed order NOW and was "picked UP" I'm sitting here with $16 taken from me and no order in exchange??? When 30 minutes prior inside the subway location it said "canceled order" with the refund info. I literally have screenshots of all of this and it has been shown to the employees? I called 20 minutes asking what is going on and they wouldn't tell me anything just- "call in the morning when we open tomorrow and talk to our manager" was told the manager was on his way earlier in person? So who were the 2 males who arrived and were then behind counter with you ma'am?

Great food, nice service, went there everyday for a week straight. Some items were out of stock on…read morevaries days but other days they were back again. My relationship with the subway franchise has always been off and on but honestly this restaurant has my respect. Will definitely be back again.
