It has been three years since we were last in Nebraska, but Husker remains to be the best Steakhouse in the area. My cousin had the Chicken Fried Steak, our daughter had the Jack Daniels Sirloin and my wife, being vegetarian had salad, green beans and baked potato. All were excellent. The Jack Daniels flavor was a bit strong on the steak but she enjoyed it also. I was fortunate to have the last Duck special. It was remaining from the Thursday night Duck Feast. Wow. It came with Duck Stuffing, Sauerkraut with Dumplings and a huge serving of Duck. The hostess at the front was extremely friendly, and even checked on us to ensure a server was going to visit us. The server was excellent. She had perfect timing and was very engaging. Thank you Husker for being such a great Steakhouse and a great place to visit.

I have attended a dinner event in the venue side which was gorgeous and very spacious! The restaurant is a good size, and has a beautiful bar in the center. Large booths on the perimeter and probably about 20-30 tables total. This meal was delicious, and not as pricey as I expected. I got a seasonal salad and added steak on the side, which came out in steak bites. These were a little overcooked (I asked for med rare, closer to med well), but tasted delicious! It must have been their wet aging process since this was some of the most flavorful steak I've had! The salad was good as well, and the dressing had a great sweet flavor which I love. Plenty of toppings as well--they were very generous with the goat cheese, craisins, and spiced nuts! My husband had the cowboy sandwich and loved it. The fries were good, and the sandwich had a ton of great flavor--again, starting with the meat! Our Brussels sprouts appetizer was delicious as well. Cooked perfectly, and plenty of delicious flavor from the balsamic reduction. We had great service, and did not have to wait at all. We took our order "to go" and went across the road to the city park. Rest rooms and ample sunshine and social spacing were available. i ordered a pork tenderloin and my husband stuck with his traditional cheeseburger. Both were priced at $4.25 and we shared a side of onion rings ($3ish). The sandwiches were wrapped in foil and were still freshly warm when we unwrapped them at the park. We should have asked for condiments and napkins, as they were not included in our take out bag. Both sandwiches were prepared well, as expected, and we were satisfied with our order. Broasted chicken seems to be the specialty and is available after 5 and all day Sunday according to the posted menu. Ice cream treats are also available but this chicken didn't cross the road to sample. All-in-all Terry's and the Osceola city park were a nice stop along our Saturday road trip.

We were promised a memorable night and Ashley delivered. Decorated room, arranged the way we requested with a private bar and bartender. The food included dinners for adults and children with desserts and it was all excellent AND served exactly when we requested dinner. The service between Ashley and Megan was professional and courteous. These two ladies made serving 40 people look so easy. They were so efficient! If you haven't been to Dusters or it's been awhile, try it. You'll be glad you did.
