The other three small pieces of beef. It would have better for them to say they were out of the dish than serve as such. I had corned beef. It was good, but appearance showed it had been warmed up several times or over cooked. Carrots and potatoes were excellent. One person had a martini that was bad. After that experience, we probably won't be back. It was a very slow Sunday, but that is no excuse to serve bad food. The waitress was prompt, but never asked if the food was OK.

They chop all the ingredients fresh, right on sight, so they are frozen just as soon as they're made. The shop itself is a little confusing. It looks like a warehouse. Just be aware that they do have a small store on-sight and you can stop in to purchase pizza. They take credit cards. Yes, some of their pizzas are available in area grocery stores, but at their store they have upwards of 30+ to choose from, including specialty pizzas you won't find in any store. They're made with a delicious sauce, plenty of cheese, and plenty of flavor. They also make their pizzas available to area fundraisers/fundraising groups at a decent discount. The cheapest way to order them, is to purchase their six- or twelve-pack boxes, where the price drops to around $6 per pizza. Do yourself a favor and pick several up today, or if you're on the way to the cabin or on the way home from the cabin, stop in along Highway 10 and try them. It's a natural place to stop for a sandwich as you're traveling from the Twin Cities up north to the cabin. With the new interchange it's easy to get on and off of Highway 10 without crossing any traffic. This Subway is like most Subway's, but I've always been pleased with the friendly service provided by the sandwich artists here. They're attentive to your demands and they'll talk with you while their assembling and heating up your sandwich. I've never had a bad sandwich here. They also offer chopped salads, which are tasty. Given the location, you can fill up your vehicle with gas, grab a footlong, and accompany it with fries from McDonald's next door. There aren't a lot of food options in Rice, so this is a quick and easy option for grabbing something to eat on-the-go, or there's a small eating area inside of Subway or McDonald's where you can enjoy your sandwich.
