I originally…read morehired Brittany back in 2013 for a boudoir photo shoot for my best friend for her wedding and now that I am getting married, my friend decided to return the favor. :) My hair and makeup looked awesome in the photos, the poses she had me do were fun, flirty and flattering. I like that she edited the photos to make me look really good, but not SO much that it wasn't me. It was a great balance. Also, Brittany knew that my wedding was quickly approaching and so she turned around my photos in about 48 hours; which is unheard of! I am so incredibly excited to give my fiance the book the night before our wedding. I originally set up a book to hold about 30-some photos but because I loved so many of them the book over doubled in pages and I am using about 80 pictures from the session! THANK YOU, BRITTANY! We wanted a photographer there to capture pictures of us and our children. As a result, we only needed a photographer for about an hour on a Saturday afternoon. I contacted Christopher via email on September 20 and explained our situation, and he said he was available for our October 20 date. Christopher sent us his contract via email. After that, I tried to contact him several times to follow up both via email and phone. I left several voicemail messages in the ensuing weeks, but he never returned any of the phone calls. Plus, time was running out to find someone new. Our wedding is in less than a week and Christopher is MIA. We can't find a replacement. Horrible! Thanks a lot Christopher! Maybe some day you will get around to reading these reviews and realize how badly you dropped the ball and let us down. If you couldn't do the job you set out to do, then you should have notified us ASAP so that we could make alternative arrangements.

She went above and beyond anything we could've hoped for during such an important occasion. She was extremely professional during all steps of the process making sure to call us before our ceremony so she would have an idea of the look we were going for in poses and photo locations. On our wedding day, she arrived early and continued to ask us more questions about what we were looking for in our photos. She was more than happy to take our suggestions on which poses we wanted to do and camera angles we wanted to experiment with. Even though we had already told her which locations we wanted pictures taken in, she was also professional enough to take pictures in completely unexpected locations that we walked by as we were headed to other previously selected locations. When we received our photos, we couldn't be happier. They turned out great! Even better than what we were expecting. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a wedding photographer, engagement pictures, family photos, etc. we can't recommend her enough.

Unprofessional is the nicest thing I have to say about Mila. The night before my family's scheduled…read morephoto shoot she e-mailed a contract stating it needed to be signed or she would cancel the session. The problem was that there were several conflicting statements. Most troubling is the "Privacy" and "Copyright" sections of her contract. Signing this contract meant signing away any privacy of my family's images or copying the images to make things like holiday cards (which pretty much defeated the point of a family picture). I highly recommend anyone seeking Mila's services read her contract carefully in advance. Some of the inconsistencies for my situation are listed below: 1. Half of the session fees needed to be paid 7 days prior to the photo shoot which was impossible since she sent the contract the day before the shoot. 2. She verbally said it was okay to have a picture as your desktop background but the contract stated no pictures could be on your desktop or phone. 3. In the "payment" section it was clear that she did not honor the Groupon $200 worth of services, she only applied the purchased amount of $58. The session was scheduled in the time frame in which the Groupon was valid. I spoke with Mila and asked for these items to be amended before signing the contract but she refused and canceled the photo shoot. I explained that my family members had arranged work schedules and had traveled for this photo shoot but it did not make a difference to her. Unprofessional is the nicest thing I have to say about Mila.

I was very impressed with his website and portfolio, so my fiance and I set up a meeting with him. During that meeting with Rob, we were blown away about how much he knows about photography. You could tell he has a passion for this. My fiance(now husband) wanted to book Rob right away, but I didnt want to put all our eggs in one basket right away. We met with another solo photographer who could not even compare to Rob and we met with a big box company who insulted us and really just tried to sell their "made in italy" custom books, not the photography. Rob was always prompt with getting back to me as I had a lot questions and he explained everything. Our engagement session was a blast and when I saw the proofs, they were just perfect! Before the wedding, Rob was in touch with us and suggested an alternate site for wedding pictures. When we drove by, I fell in love with it! However, due to the heat on our wedding date, we went back to the bar my fiance (husband) met at and Rob was completely on board! The week of the wedding called us and we were able to discuss day of planning and we were all on the same page! For the day of, Rob and his crew were on time and started snapping away! He was professional, but fun to work with! I can't wait to see the pictures!!!! We also used his digital photo booth which was something new as the "strips" are emailed to the parties instead of printed out. Some of the pictures I took with friends turned out okay, but some were really dark which was disappointing. Overall, his price is reasonable for the area and I always believe you get what you pay for with photography. He is passionate and knowledgeable about the industry, is easy to talk to and provides a great product.
