Very savory, aromatic and delicious. You can select your curry filling from choices of: boneless chicken, chicken with bone, beef, shrimp, veggie or potato. If you like your curry extra spicy, they will ask you if you want pepper and if you say yes then a shot of their special local chili sauce is added to the filling for an extra kick and burst of flavor. Don't come here expecting restaurant type atmosphere and service because this place is all about incredible roti as it is located in owners open air garage at their home. It is a great experience if you are visiting St. Croix and your timing works out. You actually watch the chefs in the kitchen prepare your roti and the smells are incredible.
