This business has always been a pleasant sighting when driving into and out of Portales. Decided to…read morefinally give them a call and sure glad I did! I needed help with my garage door since it wasn't opening properly and having to manually open and close it. Total inconvenience for me doing it manually :P Got a virtual consultation through yelp, set up an appointment for the next day (day of) and the repair man came to my home super quickly! Super friendly technicians and he problem solved with me trying to figure out what component could be the issue. The technician said he would find the sensors for my garage door to be replaced and came the next day. He went out of his way to find the components we would need and the bill was very reasonable and the big take away was their professionalism in completing the job quickly and efficiently. Overall huge thanks to them and glad that a company like this supports Military Families and the owner Tabitha was extremely gracious and helpful. Wishing your company huge success!

Thank You Marks Pipe and Iron!…read more We stopped at Bison RV Center and found a blown wheel bearing on our trailer. Bison sent us to Marks Pipe and Iron, who then sent us to Dimmit Tires. Dimmit took everything apart, Marks welded it, and then Dimmit put it all back together -- better than before -- and even fixed another trailer tire. Because of your teamwork and quick help, we were back on the road the next morning. We are so grateful for the way all of you worked together and made the repair both fast and affordable. Thank you for going above and beyond! With appreciation, Marianne Henderson & John Walmsley

Great customer service and expertise from AAA Appliance…read more MY APPLIANCE ISSUE: I wanted someone to look at my 5-year-old Maytag dryer. The drum turned and the element heated but I would have to run it 3 times for my clothes to dry. I also noticed the lint trap barely collected lint. BEFORE AAA APPLIANCE: I've turned to DIY after a lot of bad experiences with home and car repair businesses in Clovis, NM. I will search online car and electronics forums or YouTube anytime I have a broken appliance or vehicle. I usually buy parts online and repair things myself. However, too busy with the mayhem of kids at home and remote work, along with a growing laundry backlog, I felt it necessary to outsource. Maytag customer service connected me to AAA Appliance as the local Clovis Maytag specialist. AAA APPLIANCE EXPERIENCE: The person who answers phones at AAA was the nicest phone call I've had with a business in ages. She made sure to get all my information and issues down. She scheduled an appointment for only 2 days later and called to remind me the day before. On the scheduled appointment day, a polite gentleman called a few minutes before arrival. He showed up to my home on time and with a face mask. He asked some questions, ran some tests, and explained the dryer issue clearly. His diagnosis is that my vent leading to the outdoors required cleaning and I'd have to hire a different company. He adjusted a hose and put everything back in it's place. Finally, he took my credit card to charge the diagnostic fee. It was affordable even without a warranty. I was glad the dryer still works fine and he didn't try to bamboozle me into an unnecessary and expensive repair as some businesses have attempted in the past. Thanks AAA Appliance.

ABSOLUTELY 5 STARS - BEST REPAIR EXPERIENCE EVER!…read more From the very first call with Ana to every visit with Matt, this company is pure gold. Professional, friendly, punctual, and the kind of people who radiate good vibes the moment they pick up the phone or walk through your door. I have a pretty large, older upright freezer that I love and refuse to replace. Ana made scheduling painless--she gathered every detail, explained the whole process, prep steps, troubleshooting, and payment upfront so I knew exactly what to expect. Zero surprises, total confidence. Then Matt showed up and blew me away. He diagnosed the issue on visit #1, clearly explained my options (and the costs--always appreciated), ordered the part, returned to install it, and came back a third time just to confirm everything was running perfectly. Three visits, zero stress, and my freezer is now colder than ever. The pricing was completely fair, the communication was outstanding, and the whole experience felt like dealing with friends who actually care. EXTRA PERK: At this time, they service base housing--huge win when you're talking about a giant freezer that nobody wants to move and you're in a new town where everything in unfamiliar! If you want appliance repair done right, call this team yesterday. Ana and Matt have earned every single one of these five stars and my forever recommendation. THANK YOU!
