I wish there were more around because I moved out of the area and don't go here anymore. I felt very safe and comfortable and met wonderful individuals during the late nights of working out when I couldn't sleep. It was helpful and a great. I will say that it can be a bit intimidating and the fact that I've been confident and know what I'm doing made things easier.

I was so impressed with the gym that I drove up from LACEY multiple days a week, a 45 minute drive one way on average with traffic. I liked the Iso-lateral equipment and some of the body builder stuff. Only to show up this week and see that the owner decided it was a marvelous decision to install an AI vending machine. Billions of styles of vending machines out there, all made to improve the systems and processes of ensuring products dont get stuck and that payments go through correctly. Just so that the owner can make a couple more bucks and provide beverages outside of normally staffed hours. Funny considering there is already on call staff for the phones in case you cant get into the building that live close enough that if you needed help, they could show up. (according to other staff when I was starting at the gym, was said in the tour) they could get a nice, not ai vending machine and just have someone already on call show up to fix it if it got stuck. I am so disappointed that the owner decided to be part of the problem and support these systems that are causing these data centers and water pollution. Obviously a very broad statement but those who understand the problem with AI understand what I mean, and if you dont you should probably start reading up on it more. The bad: similar to other reviews, they're very difficult to get a hold of. Between calls, fb msgs and texts it's a crap shoot if someone will respond. Not to mention the classes are pretty expensive. We did a test class that went pretty well but could never hammer out the details of joining since I rarely get a timely response if any. That was not true, but they said they sent us a contract that we signed for the second year. We never did. They never sent it to us. Because of this contract that doesn't exist, they refuse to stop charging my credit card every month. I've had to file multiple claims with my credit card company and now I will have to replace my credit card because they keep charging. Before dealing with the credit card company I called dozens of times left messages sent emails stopped by in person multiple times. They don't return any communication I'm assuming because they want to keep collecting my money in the fraudulent manner that they do. I have a younger kid that I was gonna start in this gym in a year from now and I have recommended it to people in the past. I have since let everyone know that I do not think that they should go here. It's a trap and fraudulent.

That was not true. When I tried to cancel, I was told I missed a 3-day window that was never disclosed--and I was even blocked from canceling sooner because they don't process cancellations on weekends. Staff was rude, dismissive, and took zero accountability. After reading other reviews, it looks like this is a pattern. I've escalated this and will be filing formal complaints if it's not resolved. Be careful--get everything in writing. Especially all you new NWFIT members. Careeeeful
