I wish there were more around because I moved out of the area and don't go here anymore. The bad: similar to other reviews, they're very difficult to get a hold of. Between calls, fb msgs and texts it's a crap shoot if someone will respond. Not to mention the classes are pretty expensive. We did a test class that went pretty well but could never hammer out the details of joining since I rarely get a timely response if any. At this point I feel like I'm bothering them. Unfortunately we will have to take our business elsewhere.

That was not true, but they said they sent us a contract that we signed for the second year. We never did. They never sent it to us. Because of this contract that doesn't exist, they refuse to stop charging my credit card every month. I've had to file multiple claims with my credit card company and now I will have to replace my credit card because they keep charging. Before dealing with the credit card company I called dozens of times left messages sent emails stopped by in person multiple times. They don't return any communication I'm assuming because they want to keep collecting my money in the fraudulent manner that they do. I have a younger kid that I was gonna start in this gym in a year from now and I have recommended it to people in the past. I have since let everyone know that I do not think that they should go here. It's a trap and fraudulent.

That was not true. When I tried to cancel, I was told I missed a 3-day window that was never disclosed--and I was even blocked from canceling sooner because they don't process cancellations on weekends. Staff was rude, dismissive, and took zero accountability. After reading other reviews, it looks like this is a pattern. I've escalated this and will be filing formal complaints if it's not resolved. Be careful--get everything in writing. Especially all you new NWFIT members. Careeeeful
