Their pricing was $500 below another retailer who was selling me based on remnants to get the price as low as Richards. I wanted an upgraded padding as well as thresholds. The installer was efficient, on time and pleasant. He moved all the large furniture pieces and put them back--not a scratch! The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was that the installer refused to lay a wood threshhold and hide tv cables under the closet rug. Also the upgraded padding was not installed. With 2 trips back, I got my threshhold (which I bought and stained) and the cables hidden. The padding issue would've meant tearing up the entire 2 rooms of carpet. We agreed on a rebate, but I would've been happier if I'd gotten my upgraded padding as requested. Miscommunications, but still happy with the rooms. Thanks Richards' Warehouse!

We walked in and there was one man, which we believed to be the Owner and his dog. Nobody was in the store but my wife and I. We walked and was approached by their dog. I explained that my wife is frightened by dogs. The man said that is a good dog and would not bite us. I explained that this is not the issue, and that my wife is afraid of all dogs, friendly or not. He still did nothing as we stood in their showroom by the door. I walked in and tried to keep the dog away from my wife and a woman from the upper floor, yelled down at me to stop trying to keep the dog from going where he wanted to go, which was towards my wife. She said I would upset the dog.. I said, what about upsetting my wife? I asked if they could put the dog somewhere while we were there and she snapped back, that this is there home and the dogs home and they have no doors and the were going to let the dog go where it wanted. I finally dropped the samples on the table and said, we are done and will leave. This company cares more about their dog then their customers. I love dogs but, I believe a caring owner would care about others concerns, especially trying to run a business. We think they must do alot with builders and do not care about the residential one off owners looking for flooring. Beware, they may be hard to work with you have installation issues!
