One of our dogs is an aging Shepard with three legs and needs extra love and care and got plenty of it. Tina even suggested some snacks we could give her to help ease her joint and muscle pain that wouldn't upset her tummy. We got twice daily updates and photos. Dogs were brushed and happy when we returned. We loved having her sit with them so much we are having her come back twice a week so they can get their "Tina Time." :-) Your fur babies will love her.

Our older corso had been trained by Primal owner, Mike, so he was the first person we called when it was clear our new dog was traumatized and completely untrained. He hooked us up with Jess and I couldn't be more grateful and impressed. Jess was as patient with me as with our new dog, Ty. I typically feel like an idiot trying to get the training techniques down but she was patient and helped me and Ty build confidence training together. After 8 private lessons, a dog who for 2 months would not come inside and would not let me put a leash on him is now going for walks, can sit, lay down, and stay in place on command. With Jess' guidance, I am now crate training him and prepping him to join group classes. I love her calm yet confident demeanor and will never not be amazed at her ability to get my giant feral pup to learn things fast. Thuy has a meet and greet before our stay where it so very obvious that she loves dogs and what she does. My dog had not really been away from me so it was very reassuring that Thuy's compassion and knowledge as well as her love of dogs is apparent for this worried owner. . Best of all she limits dogs in her care so she can devote special attention to a dog like mine if needed. I would not have been able to enjoy this 6 day vacation with my family if it had not been for her dedication to making my Carter comfortable and feel secure. She would sent texts with pictures showing me the process he was making daily. Dogs get to stay in the house and lounge on couches and dog beds. My dog had walks with her dog which is a something he had not experienced before ,and in a miraculously short time he was comfortable with her dog and was treated like family . In addition to her wonderful thoughtful compassionate care I benefited from her knowledge and experience that I will to follow through with her suggestions that he and I will both benefit from. My…read morefamily was taking a 2 week long vacation over Christmas and New Year's and we needed to find accommodations for my girl Blue, a rescue 4 year old lab with allergies. She's stayed at Sweet Doggies, which is fine, but for 2 weeks, I wanted to find a place that was more like a home and not a boarding establishment. Honestly, I'm not even sure how MDAB showed up on my feed because they are about an hour away from us, but I am so glad it did. We did a meet and greet and right off the bat, you could tell that they love what they do, and that they love the dogs and all animals. The first couple nights, Blue was a bit anxious but Sandra and Joel made her feel comfortable. Also we are able to manage her skin allergies at home, but they flared up while boarding, and they took care of her. I loved being able to watch videos on Instagram. Sandra is also a retired vet tech so you know you the dogs are in good hands. I only wish we weren't so far from each other so we could use them more often!

I got a doggie camera (and told Shea about it out of respect) and found that Shea was lying about a lot of things, including about bringing my dog on walks (she would only bring her out briefly to go potty) and was completely ignoring my dog while in my apartment. The final straw was when I caught her unplugging my WiFi in order to turn off the camera. I don't know what else I did not see or what else she may have lied about but I do not trust her one bit.

We had a bad experience with a petsitter a few years ago, and since then the only people that I felt comfortable with pet sitting my cats were close friends/neighbor. I can't begin to express how nice it was to feel ok with leaving my cats with a petsitter and knowing that they are being well cared for, I was able to enjoy our trip. I can't recommend Janet enough, she will be our petsitter for as long as we live in the South Bay.
