My labradoodle loves this place...and so do I! He goes to daycare three days a week and we have to be careful not to say the word school on his off days as he'll run to the car all excited he's going to see his bff's - best furry friends. The space is incredible and includes all kinds of things any dog would love - places to flop, grass to roll around in, kiddie pools and plenty of shade and sun depending on your pooch's preference. But the real highlight is Joann the owner. With 20 plus years in business and a dog lover and owner herself she's the main reason I come here. Her attention to detail, and the personal attention and care she gives the dogs is unmatched. As a pooch parent I can leave knowing my dog is safe, well cared for and loved be it for the day or a boarding stay. If you're shopping for a place for your dog I highly recommend you look here! We give it 5 "paws". read more

We've been bringing our Labradors here for a while now. It's a well structured, fun and safe place for our dogs to run and play, in a massive and pretty outdoor space. They are so well taken care of if it's for just one day, or even for a couple of weeks. We know they'll always be happy and cared for with JoAnn and her excellent staff. read more

Love love love this place for my pups! And they love it too! I have a German shorthair Pointer and a yorkie. They know when I'm packing their food, that they are going to play and have fun at Doggystyle pet resort. They rush to jump in the car and are so excited. I get updates on instagram with pictures and videos of them playing. They are well taken care of and have lots of socializing time with other pups. Thank you Joanne for taking great care of my babies! read more

If I could I would give it a below Zero rating- just based on the owners behavior. Long Review Alert! Super rude, obnoxious, Greedy, dominating and disrespectful business owner!! Started using their boarding services since June of this year for my two dogs- ad I have used several boarding services over the last 10 years.. I have a 10 yr old GS and 3 yr old GS+Husky. The first stay(3wks) itself JoAnn complained in an email to me about my dogs pooping in their crates when i was on an international trip- which has never happened ever at home. so if it happened- the dogs were under stress. My dogs came home covered in poop after 3 wks- so disgusting. I mean do you not even have the courtesy to clean the poor animal? She is extremely rude to her staff as well. For my September trip, I Had already submitted the deposit($250) but the trip got canceled and i let her know via email that I will be using the deposit sometime for Oct/November and she acknowledged that email. fast forward- i needed to board my dogs end of sep/1st wk of oct and i Take them there. She demands more money for their stay. I calmly told her that its covered as I had paid her the deposit beforehand. She went ballistic at me, and started yelling at me and saying that the deposit was for another trip and how I could not apply for this stay. I mean are you serious? I have prepaid you for their stay and I need to pay more? My future travel dates are none of your concern- It is my money and I have a right to decide what dates to use it for. She kept asking me for my future travel dates(5 wk trip, 2 dogs lot of money you see). Why do you need to know? If I need your services, I will block the dates with you. She got really mad at me for applying the deposit money towards this stay- how greedy can you get? She wouldn't stop yelling at me- and I have been nothing but polite with her in our interactions. It doesn't stop here- she went on to write me a nasty email insulting me more there, and saying that services are terminated. Talk about being professional. who would want to use her services after she has behaved so poorly anyway? My 20 yr old told me a few days ago- that when he went to pick our dogs up from one of their stays- she had passed a subtly racist comment on him which he ignored. He had advised me to be cautious with her as he thought of her to be extremely obnoxious and rude. Boy- he was so right!! I am attaching a snippet of the email which i sent to her about the $250 back in august about deposit so everyone can see that she acknowledged that and still demaned more money from me. Also- when i went to drop off my dogs there a few days ago- almost all the dogs were wearing bark collars and they were beeping constantly and it made me really sad. I hope everyone that uses her services knows that. We leave our hearts with you- I am not sure if they get taken of appropriately JoAnn Marshall- Next time you decide to yell at someone and insult them when they owe you nothing and havent done anything wrong- remember that they have a voice too. You have no right to insult anyone and accuse them of doing things they haven't. oh and by the way- you still owe me money back from the deposit- you can keep it as a tip. Update:- when I went to pickup my dogs today, I reached a few minutes early and they were tied to their leashes- left alone in the pick up area. JoAnn came when she saw I had arrived. Shows how much of a dog lover you are :)- I have a video of that if you try and say thats not the case :) read more

Was supposed to have a assessment with my dog. While on the freeway, I emailed her to let her know we would be a little because of traffic. Never heard back. We FINALLY got there about 12 minutes late. Me, my family and my dog got out of the car to meet her and she walks out of the gate and automatically says "you are late. Sorry we have to reschedule bc you were supposed for be here at 11 and it's already past that time. I let the dogs out already and I have something to do. The assessment is only 15 minutes and it's late. I need to go." And she gets in her car and drives off. She said that she will email me to reschedule (which after that I would NOT go back) another appt but never heard from her. She's very rude!!!! read more

Doggie Style Pet Resort is the best! We have been bringing our dogs there since 2005. We are on our 3rd set of dogs. Doggie Style has a huge fenced in yard with Redwood trees, pools and agility course. We always start our puppies in the daycare program to socialize them. We like that they don't take every dog only well socialized dogs and it's playtime all the time in a pack style environment. They do not segregate your dog or rotate dogs they get to play all day at no additional costs and there are no hidden costs. The boarding is Fantastic they get playtime and tons of TLC and they post daily pictures and videos on InStagram We have used them for boarding for 1 night and as long as thirty (30) days. They do not overbook so make sure you get your reservation in advance to ensure a spot. Also, they send you a thank you card that is a picture of your dog. BONUS!!! THEY TRULY ARE DOGGIE DISNEYLAND! read more

Doggie Style is fantastic! I wanted a doggie daycare for my pup where she could socialize with other dogs, play, and not be stuck in a kennel all day. Doggie Style is exactly that! Huge fenced lawn to run, kiddie pools to swim in, trees for shade, and so many friends to play with. And Instagram pics to see how much fun the dogs are having. Just wanted to say that we will totally miss this place! JoAnn is the owner who is a great pack leader and is very experienced and well organized in everything she does. She has over an acre and shaded areas for your fur babies to run all day. If you are in the area or even out of area she is worth the drive . You will definitely not regret it! Thanks JoAnn for everything Doggie Style is THE BEST! read more

I have sent my dog to doggie daycare since he was 8 months old, he will be 6 years old in August. I loved the care and love he got while he was there. He was always happy to go and seems to know when his days are. I loved the way JoAnn took care of the dogs that I asked if I could volunteer for her. She gave me the opportunity to work there and I have learned so much from her. I recommend her to anyone who asks for a place for their dog. I would give her a 5 plus rating if it was available. read more

Doggie Style Is Amazing! We loved the place the first time we went there (Rusty was a puppy) ! Rusty our funny vizsla(now 2 years old) loves Joann so much!!!! given us peace of mind all the time when we leave the town for family vacation. the space its beautiful for fenced lawn to run(Rusty's loved run) pools to swim in,nap time, big trees, lots of shades! Highly recommend!!! read more

Doggie Style is a life saver! Our dog is a hound dog who loves to be outside sniffing and investigating when he's not napping on the couch, which is why regular chain "resorts" and boarding facilities don't work for him. He needs more than two 15 min walks a day. We boarded our dog child Huck for 5 days and he loved it. We loved it. The dogs get to play outside all day and get to retire to an air conditioned building on the property. JoAnn and her crew were very nice and responsive to any inquiries. We drove down from San Jose and it's a bit of a drive but it's worth my pup's happiness and my peace of mind. Will definitely bring him back to Doggie Style. Here he is on his couch completely tuckered out. read more

It is great taking my dogs to Doggy Style Pet Resort (DSPR) because I know they will be well taken care of and will be safe. Being able to see lots of pics and videos via Instagram while we are out of town, helps keep our anxiety levels down and brings a smile to our faces, because we know JoAnn truly loves dogs and it shows. I recommend taking them to DSPR because you know they will have a blast and be safe. Just make sure you are on time, JoAnn is on a strict schedule and doesn't like people being late, consider this your warning, lol. read more

UPDATE: 1/27/2020 We still love it here!! There is nobody we trust more with our little boy than JoAnn and her staff. They go above and beyond and the pups really get a five star treatment. I feel so comfortable leaving my dog here while I'm gone or whenever I need to help, he is so happy and I can sleep well knowing he is in their care. My medium mixed pupper's is such a sweetie, thus, when I had to go away, finding an equally wonderful resort for her was of too priority. She is a diabetic which requires two shots daily, plus, a touch of cataracts, she's also sweet and so loves people and can be timid! Making sure the environment was one that would aptly suit her home norms was very important to us. JoAnn and her team, Chelsea and this kind sweet gent (forgot name) had a chance to interview and meet Casey. There was sudden and natural chemistry. While away, I was able to message, email (or call) if I had wanted to, I loved this! Being able to my girl happy and well tended to made me feel such ease. A true A+++ experience. I will absolutely be continuing our relationship this team of compassionate souls! read more

There isn't a better place than Doggie Style day care. You want quality care and positive attention for your furry pet, I highly recommend this day care. My puppy Murph can't get enough of day care. He looks forward to going every week . When murph returns home he instantly falls asleep and enjoys relaxing with his parents (us). JoAnn and her colleagues (Savannah) take the upmost care and responsibility for all dogs attending . I wouldn't choose anywhere else . If we could afford murph going there all week , there would be no hesitation ! read more

My dogs love coming here and they are wonderful. Tons of space to play but also room to check out and rest when they need it. They have accommodated our special needs dogs as well. You won't find a single person with 45 dogs in a small room that smells like pee here. They actually know something about dogs and temperament test dogs so as to minimize pack issues plus there is so much room to run. read more

My pups love this place! It's worth every penny and every hour spent on the road driving them down. My husband and I have a 1 year old corgi with a ton of energy. Or dog, Otis LOVED his time at Doggie Style Day Care. He stayed for 11 days which was the longest we had ever been away from him. JoAnn posted updates and pictures of all the dogs on The private instagram and it made me feel so happy seeing my baby play. Otis had so many new dog friends to play with and he ran around all day. JoAnn does a great job with slowly introducing the dogs. I was worried for my little 20lb dog to play with the other bigger dogs, but he loved it. I have been bringing my Boston Terrier for almost 3 years now to Doggie Style, I can honestly say that JoAnn, Tyler and the rest of the team are great with all dogs! This is the BEST spot for your high energy dog that needs a place to RUN and PLAY! My girl LOVES it, and can't wait to get out of the car when we arrive in the morning. JoAnn knows dogs, and runs a tight ship - just what you need with a bunch of big dogs all playing together all day! You know they're safe, loved, well cared for, and happy. She's got lots of wide open space, fun activities for them to do, and a firm but loving approach that keeps everyone safe. We love Doggie Style! read more

We have been taking our Gracie Girl (our first baby before our 2 legged ones were born) to JoAnn for 6.5 years. We decided to go to Doggie Style after many scary trips to the vet from other "cage-less" places. To know in hearts that she is being cared for like we do, means the world to us! We have NEVER had any injuries while at Doggie Style. With our busy lives, Doggie Style is her weekly exercise day camp plus doggie-vacation when we board her. She gets so excited when she hears the garbage truck in Wednesdays because that sound means it is HER day to have fun! JoAnn has helped us also when Gracie was diagnosed with cancer 2 years ago with natural options and her willingness to give her the medicine needed when she was at "daycare". We could imagine taking her anywhere else. read more

JoAnn has been absolutely wonderful! We tried out a couple of places after we moved to Morgan Hill, but none provided the care and attention to detail that she did! He was always happy to go in - there was never a struggle at drop off, so we knew he liked it, too She has been incredibly flexible, accommodating our schedule when we ran into delays returning from vacation. When our Australian Shepherd, Charlie, was diagnosed with terminal cancer, she was able to expertly give him his medications when we had to leave town and boarded him. She was incredibly thoughtful and gave us a picture of Charlie, hanging out at daycare, after she heard about his illness. Unfortunately Charlie is no longer with us, but we know that when we have another dog, we'll definitely turn to JoAnn for care while we're away. read more

We had been taking our 2 Labradors to Joann and Doggie Style for boarding and day care for 4 years and absolutely love the professional care they receive. Joann's compassion for the dogs is clearly apparent. Together with her staff she sees that they are safe, healthy, engaged and well loved while their owners are working or traveling. Joann provides helpful suggestions for any food or behavior issues, is accommodating to personal needs and prioritizes the safety and health of the dogs. We love that we can check in with Joann while we are away to get updates as well as see pictures and videos of our dogs playing on their Instagram page. It's clear when we pick the dogs up that they are well cared for and tired from all of their playing and activities. There is no one we trust more to care for our pups when we travel! read more

We recently had a death in the family and had to find a boarding place for our little dog. Doggie Style Pet Resort came to our rescue. They made our little girl feel right at home. If I could give Doggie Style Pet Resort 6 stars I would! I cannot say enough great things about JoAnn the owner and her staff and facilities. Due to a job, we had to relocate overseas quickly and couldn't take our Greater Swiss Mtn dog with us due to the restrictions for Japan. We reached out to JoAnn (she was referred to us by a friend) and she was happy to help out and keep our dog for 6 months while he waited out the required quarantine! We were so worried about our dog having to be boarded for 6 months, but our worries quickly went away when we saw (via Instagram) all the posts of him so unbelievably happy, healthy, loved, and having the time of his life! JoAnn treated him like he was one of her own, in fact she treats all the dogs that come to her place like they are her own. JoAnn does a behavior assessment on all the dogs before they come to her place, so all the dogs (there's always such a variety of large and small breeds there) are well socialized and adapt well to "pack life". JoAnn is extremely knowledgeable about all breeds of dogs. Her facility is so amazing, large, spacious, secure, well kept, and all the dogs run around free playing all day (minus a brief break for nap time during lunch). By the end of the day all the dogs are tired from playing all day, and they happily go into their own beds/crate/kennel inside a big, well kept, barn/warehouse that is on the property. Our dog just arrived in Japan finally after 6 months, and he looks amazing! He is extremely happy, healthy, and so well socialized with other dogs, we couldn't be happier with how well JoAnn took care of him! JoAnn and Doggie Style Pet Resort is the best! read more

We bring our dog Minnie every time we go out of town. She loves playing with the other dogs and comes back home calm and relaxed. JoAnn is amazing! I can't say enough nice things about JoAnne at Doggie Style. She really came through for my family when we needed emergency care for my parents' two poms while they were both hospitalized last week. We will be forever grateful and will definitely use them again should the need arise. read more

Joann and her assistant took great care of Tom our Brittany. Very professional, lots of room to roam which he lives for!!

I found this place on yelp & it gave me some comfort knowing it had 35, 5 star reviews. We just moved to Morgan hill a few months back so I didn't know where else to take my dog. We used to take him to paws crossing in Campbell so I was happy after looking at the reviews that I had somewhere closer to bring in to when we went on vacation. We met joann at her house where she had the day care since she wanted to do an evaluation on my dog. When we got in the house my husband accidentally knocked over a huge dog water bowl & she then went to her assistant & said in front of us "can u please clean up this mess I've told u guys before to not fill it up this high." I'm sure the girl was embarrassed I was for her. When we left my husband made a comment about how joann spoke to her staff. I summed it up to be maybe she's just busy & stressed running a business out of her home. We left on vacation for a few days & I filled out all the paperwork that joann had requested. I told her we would be back on Saturday at 5pm to pick up my dog. All was good until I got there a little too early coming back from vacation with my family. I'm a new customer so I am not used to her rule of being closed daily from 11-3pm. I got there at 2ish, knocked on the door & when joann opened the door she gave me a blank look & said "can I help you we r closed." I said l hi I'm here to pick up Charlie." She said in an extremely rude tone well we r closed daily from 11-3pm. I said oh shoot I forgot I'm sorry. She walked away not saying anything & said I will go get Charlie. When she brought my dog in the house she said "I dnt mean to b rude but this is my house so I need to schedule the times etc..." I told her no I understand & it was an accident. We drove from las Angeles back home so I was so tired I couldn't remember what day it was. When I left I felt a knot in my stomach. Joann didn't say see you next time or anything. I definitely didn't get a warm fuzzy feeling. I will not b taking my dog here for now on I will b looking for another place. I need someone who is kind & professional to Pple & animals. read more
