IN THE RESPONSE TO THIS REVIEW THE OWNER CONFIRMED THIS WAS A FAILED UPSELL ATTEMPT. Her techs were supposed to hand me the product and add the charge to my account without clearly addressing it to me, but the tech forgot to charge me and is now claiming I stole. It's hysterical!
