Green and different colors. I took it to the guy in the store and he was saying that's weird, what did you do to it, I was like nothing l, you where the one that put that screen, so he basically blames it on me for supposedly doin something to my phone ect. So he fixed it again, and a month later the screen was acting up again, so I never decided to go back and complain to this useless person who just uses useless cheap screens at a expensive price I bought one of their phones as well, and the back of the phone was coming off, glue or adhesive was exposing And my service didn't want to work on that device either, he claims that the phone is fine, and unlocked, and he didn't want to trade for another one, he wanted to give me another one but a less expensive one and I said okay but give me back the difference of what I paid for the other one, and he said no So this guy is basically a scammer and a cheap expensive Business 0 Stars

I called immediately the following morning when they opened and asked about it. They were kind enough to give me somewhat of a description of the person, but when I asked about the cameras they said they'd speak with the manager. I left my contact info and I will change my review rating if they actually help me. Even the slightest bit of actual help will change my review. I was told the person came in and didn't give any personal info, of course, but denied them selling the phone. (name, number, etc.) If for any reason I was lied to and the phone was actually sold, please just do the right thing. A police report has been made and I really don't want to lose that phone. Not only was it expensive, but I have pictures of my family on there. Personal pictures of my daughter, spouse, etc. that I do not want in the hands of criminals/weirdos. Please help a struggling father out. If I can't be reached via phone, it makes it harder to feed my family. I work off of my phone and I paid for the phone outright full price.
