They had plenty of staff on hand. And for 8 pm at night the store displays looked nice and organized. I was offered help several times. I ended up getting all my kids school clothes. Two pairs of shoes for each kid, underwear, socks, jeans, sweatshirts, pajamas and even a disco light. I had two carts full. Was scared the girl at the register would groan with disgust at all my stuff but she was chipper and enjoyed the challenge. Another employee came over and even helped bag. Another employee went and did a sku check when a shirt was missing a tag. I spent $1100 and had a coupon and a 20% off coupon. So my total was $870. I got $170 in kohls cash to spend next time. Located conveniently in a strip mall by Scheels and Target it has an outside entrance and ample close parking. The store is clean and well laid out. They have adequate stock of clothing. Although they don't carry maternity and lack a quality plus size assortment. If your prego or chunky (like me) you will have to go online. I find a nice assortment for my kids here. I find some great deals on clearance (bought 97 cent clearance boxers for my 11 year old today). I recommend trying on clothes before leaving the store because I find they typically run small. Like most stores they lack staff so you get very little interaction while shopping. But I'm not typically one to need help. Just noting that during my visit tonight no one offered any greeting or assistance while I shopped with my boys. The associate at the register was very friendly and efficient. I was overall satisfied with my visit and what I purchased.

Prices are very reasonable (usually under $10 for almost anything that I looked at). Most of the items I looked at were in surprisingly great condition and mostly modern-looking items. Nothing looked like it was out of the 90s. Some of the items had hidden tears or holes. They weren't marked down for that, so I'm unsure if the store knew that they were damaged when purchasing the items initially. Women's sizes go up to XL, but men's will go up to 3XL. They do carry a couple of odds-and-ends plus-size items for females, though. Everything is very well organized. Amazingly so. Items are organized by type (mini skirt, top, athletic top, denim, colored denim, etc.), then by size (S, M, L, or XL), and THEN by color. So you can go to the athletic tops to find a Medium top in pink. It's honestly an amazing way to shop if you had something particular in mind for what you wanted to purchase. My selling experience still stands as a pretty poor experience, but purchasing is much, much nicer experience. Check-out went pretty smoothly and was relatively fast. They accept credit cards as well.

I've never stolen from the business nor have I been rude to any of the employees. However, when I came to the business today, I was told that I was not allowed to sell anything to them because I was "flagged" in their system. When I asked why I was flagged from the system because I had never been notified of any wrong doing. The girl at the counter LOUDLY suggested I had stolen or been disrespectful. This was not a private conversation whatsoever and was handled very disrespectfully. I get the employees are younger girls, but this seems to be a business filled with gossip and toxic negative behavior. So then I asked to talk to someone who is a manager she said to call the store. So I called the store and there's no way to get a hold of an actual person. This business is ran by mean girls. This does not look good on the business and makes it less profitable. I was someone who continuously went to Plato's closet and purchased many items. Like I said, I've pretty much paid rent at this business with how many things I've purchased over the years. Since I am flagged for unknown reasons that were never communicated with me. I will not be spending another dollar here. I felt like I was humiliated for something that was completely out of my control. I have never stolen or be rude with an employee. You really can get flagged for absolutely no reason. It is really disappointing because I did enjoy looking at their clothes. However, now I will recommend no one to step foot in this store.

TJ Maxx tends to have a couple copies of each home decor item, but here at Ross, it's mostly a single-copy item in both the clothing and the decor sections. Everything was a nightmare of mess when I came, though. I'm not holding it against them as their parking lot was full and I'm sure they're still dealing with the novelty of being new. I walked in with an oversized hoodie and jeans on that had a tare in the knee and dry paint on them and spackles of paint on my hands that I didn't get off. They didn't treat me any different than the ones that were way more presentable. As I let her know what I was looking for she got me the right size without asking I use to be a 44 and down to a 31 in jeans. As I was trying on multiple jeans that I wanted again without telling her she found me multiple shirts that fit my liking. I walked out spending more then I wanted but again felt like I was the same as anyone else walking in the store as someone getting ready to go shopping at Walmart.
