The store was very clean and the lighting was nice.. not too bright, had a nice ambience about it. The quality of the garments seemed very good. The only thing is, after I told the sales associate my budget--(I was looking for a dress to wear to a wedding)--that I wanted to keep it around a $100 or less.. I was treated differently after that. Like I was trash basically. I expected the store to be a bit pricey just from the name alone, but ALL the dresses STARTED around $200.

We would have been okay with confirmation of the no return policy, but the owner was nothing but rude and condescending. She went so far as requesting the shirt be tried on and strung us along. She could have politely stated the policy and left it at that. Furthermore, we would have shopped and would have purchased an expensive dress! I have shopped at this store frequently and was well prepared to do so again. I will never again recommend, bring my friends and family here, or myself shop. I had been willing to spend a bit more to shop local, but I refuse to do so when having to endure an arrogant, snooty, sarcastic attitude. It's too bad the owner cannot not accept feedback, becomes defensive, and continues to treat people disrespectfully. Response: my review is as complete as it needs to be. I have always went to the New Balance Store in Appleton but since this store was close to our home it is why we went there. My husband, son and myself visited on a Saturday in August of this year ( 2018). We went in and my son and myself were both measured. The sales lady appeared incompetent about wide widths and took them over 20 minutes to place 2 simple size order for wide with. The order was then placed and were told it would take around a month or so for our shoes to come in. I get a phone call from a sales woman about 1 week later stating that someone placed the wrong order for my shoes and they did not make my size but they would order several different sizes but this woman was not sure of anything. I told her over the phone that I did not have time to sit there on the phone for 30 minutes debating shoes size and that I would think they should know about shoe size. I went in the store a week after this to get sized once again and the correct order for my shoes, I thought all was fine. I called yesterday ( October 1st) to see where my sons shoes were because it had been since August that we placed his shoe order and to check the status of my shoes. The sales person was utterly clueless. The sales girl said they had no order on file for us even being in the store but there are shoes there but there is no name on them. I am thinking to myself wouldn't a business have a name to an order for product. I asked the sales girl to get into their system and she could enter our name and address and our order would come up. The sales girl told me they have no computers that work. I was so frustrated at this point and told them I would just go to the Appleton store. The sales girl called back and then said, "Oh we have a pair of shoes here but not sure if they are yours or your sons or whose they are?" I told her that I have never in my entire life had experienced such a hassle with getting shoes. I told her we would just go to the Appleton store like I should have because the level of incompetence here is astounding, I wondered how these sales girls even dressed themselves in the morning? So today the phone rings and it is this Vander loop shoes. I asked the girl on the phone if she was a manager, she said she was one of them. I asked her if she wanted to hear customer feedback. She said yes, very rudely!! Then she tried to over talk me, accused me of yelling at her. Extremely unprofessional to say the least. I then again asked her if she wanted to hear from a customer and customer feedback to why I am so frustrated. She then says, "Yes, but accuses me of yelling at her staff." I told her that I am not yelling and would she really want feedback from a customer? She then began to accuse me of yelling at her. I then Yelled at her, "THIS IS YELLING YOU DUMB BITCH!" I slammed the phone up. She then calls me back. I see the caller ID and am like, "Oh now this is harassment." Get this, she calls me back and I answer. I ask her, "What in the world are you doing calling here?" She then said, "I was just calling to tell you I cancelled your order." I told her, "Do not ever call here again, bye bye." I would go bare foot before I ever went to this place of business. Warning for anyone reading this, If you have a special needs child or if you need a special order DO NOT, DO NOT, EVER GO TO THIS STORE! YOU WILL NOT GET HELPED AND THE SALES WOMEN ARE IMCOMPTENT, They make Al Bundy look like a genius!

So I've been here a few times now. Tried several different items on the menu. Overall the food is…read moregood or very good. Prices are great...very reasonable. The problem is the bartender who I believe is also the bar manager. He's just not very friendly. I like to be treated with a smile, but he's just not a happy dude. Other bartenders who take over for him have acknowledged this upon discussion. They just roll their shoulders when I mentioned as if they've heard this before. I'll keep going to HP but just not as highly recommended as I might normally make it.

SHERRI HILL WEDDING DRESS - STUNNING! I'm in California and I had been looking for a very specific…read moredress from the Sherri Hill collection back in October of 2016. I happened to come across the dress on the Roxanne's Runway website, so I called in about it. The owner picked up wight away and she answered all of my questions. I was purchasing this dress for the surprise wedding that we had for our parents in December 2016. I had a ton of questions because I was not able to try the dress on, and the owner was great with telling me how to take my measurements to be sure that I was getting the correct size for alterations, etc. This was all over the phone, so I was grateful she took the time! I ordered the dress and it was in my hands 4 days later. It was beautifully wrapped and flawless. The dress itself needed a lot of extra work to fit me, but that was all up to the seamstress here in California :) Huge thank you the Roxanne's Runway for getting me this beautiful dress for our wedding day!
