They won't stay in business long if they dont step up the customer service. Prices are ridiculous for stuff even marked down. We decided to order the boots from Amazon. Same brand same price. This is the type of customer service that you can't get at a big department store. After I selected the suits I wanted, the salesperson offered to hem the trousers while I waited. There weren't a lot of customers in the store at the time; so, he asked me to wait 15 minutes. He hemmed the trousers, packed my new suits in suit bags, and I was on my way. It took me less than an hour on a Saturday afternoon from walking in the door to walking out with new suits that look great and fit perfectly. I'm making B&E my new go-to shop for suits.

After hearing about the sale I decided to go check it out, especially to check on some Magnanni fine leather shoes that were hardly never on sale that I loved and was looking forward to purchasing. Size eight and a half was the perfect size for me. I took advantage of the sale which made the shoes more affordable to purchase. Horrible customer service. We visited Crossroads Chevy in beckley. We wanted to look / test drive a…read moresmaller suv. No one came outside to greet us. We went in to ask to test drive the suv; we were only talked to by the receptionist who then called a lady up to speak to us. She never even told us her name!! Immediately asks us why we aren't in the system (we had never been there before and already made it clear). Finally brings us the car to test drive and driving off the lot we realize the brakes are grinding. Literally no brake pads just metal on metal. Continuing the test drive we realize the windshield is cracked. Upon that realization the car would show a notification stating "manually set 20mph warning threshold exceeded" every time the car would hit 20mph. We asked about the brakes and got the response "that is just caused by the car sitting on the lot. nothing we could fix". Then we asked about the windshield and we were told it could be fixed. We asked about the 20mph notification and got told it was set by whoever had the car before it was on the lot. I am extremely mad about this interaction because the car should already be fully inspected and those things should have been told to us prior to a test drive and on top of that she blamed the brakes on "sitting on the lot for to long." They are asking for a lawsuit letting people test drive unsafe cars. we will never be going back. If it would let me put zero stars i would. She was extremely unprofessional.
